I, Auguste Moeller, of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament in the manner and form following: FIRST I direct that all my ,just debts, funer4l expenses and expenses of my last illness be first ply my executors hereinafter named. SECOND I Give devise and bequeath to St.Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church at 122 West 7th Street, rand Bland, Nebraska, the sum of Two Hundred dollars ($200.00). THIRD I give, devise and bequeath to my niece, Erna Gerdes of Grand Island, Nebraska, Inez Kosemund 6f 5t.Libory and Lena Kosemund, of Lewellen, Nebraska, all of my household furniture, my clothing, and personal effects, anddirect that my executors shall divide said property between said nieces share and share alike as nearly as possible. FOURTH I give, devise and bequeath to the children or grandchildren of my sister Minnie, if any suvive her, the sum of Ten dollars 010.00) and direct that same such children or grandchildren shall be divided equally among spa T children or grandchildren. FIFTH I direct that my executors hereinafter named shall have the power and authority to sell and convey any or all real estate owned by me at the time of my death, as well as any and all personal property texcept the furniture, clothing and personal effects above bequeathed) without application to or authority from any court whatsoever, and after-paying the amounts hereinbefofe specified, I direct that the balance of my estate shall be divided as set forth hereafter. SIXTH I give, devise and bequeath to my nieces, Augusta Saunders, 133 East 64th Street, New York, N-.'T.; Johanna Lang, 16 Bay 25th Street, Brooklyn, and to my nephew Frederick Nossenheim of 117 -31 -124 Street, Ozone Park, New York, N.Y., the sum of Five hundred dollars each,,the above named persons being children of my sister, Marie Nossenheim. SEVENTH I give, devise and bequeath to the remaining four children of Marie Nossenheim residing in eZ rmany, the sum of One dollar each. EIGHTH I give, devise and bequeath to my brother, Frank Kosemund of Zirkow,Rugen,Germany, the sum of One dollar. NINTH I give, devise and bequeath unto the three children of my deceased sister, Johanna Fent whose addresses are care of Mrs.Emma Knuth, Stralsund,Pom., Germany, the sum of One dollar each. TENTH I give, devise and bequeath to my niece Erna Gerdes of Grand Island, Nebraska, the sum of 77-en-fy -five dollars. I give, devise and bequeath the sum of Six Hundred dollars in trust for the children of Erna Gerdes, the same to be divided equally among them and to be paid to said children, and the share of each child to be paid to him or her upon arriving at the age of 21 years, the said sum to be held in trust by my trustee hereinafter named, and the income therefrom to be paid in equal shares to said children until they arrive at the age of twenty -one. ELEVENTH I give,devise and bequeath to my nephew, Frank Kosemund of Lewellen, Nebraska, the sum of One thousand dollars ($1,000), but I direct that if he.should still be indebted to me u on a promissory note which I now hold in the sum of Three hundred twenty -four dollars, ($324.00 dollars, I direct that the amount of said note and unpaid interest, if any, be deducted from the $1,000 bequeathed him herein. TWELFTH I give, devise and bequeath to my nephew, Theodore Kosemund of St.Libory, Nebraska, the sum of One Thousand dollars ($1,000.00) but I direct that if he should still be indebted to me upon a promissory note which I now hold in the sum of Two hundred four dollars ($204.00). I direct that the amount of said note and unpaid interest, if any,be deducted from the $1,000.00 bequeathed him herein. THIRTEENTH I give, devise and bequeath to Frederick Moeller, of Lewellen, Nebraska, brother of my deceased, husband, the sum of One thousand dollars ($1,000.00), and to his daughter, Minnie Moeller, the sum of Five Hundred dollars ($500.00). FOURTEENTH I give,devise and bequeath to Louis Moeller, of Lewellen, Nebraska, brother of my deceased husband, the sum of Five Hundred dollars ($500.00). FIFTEENTH I give, devise and bequeath to Ronald Theodore Kosemund, son of Theodore Kosemund of 0500.00) I direct or-Nebraska, the sum of Five Hundred dollars and that the same shall be held in trust by any trustee hereinafter named, until he arrives at the age of 21 years. SIXTEENTH I give, devise and bequeath unto the children of Frank Kosemund of Lewellen, Nebraska, the sum of One Thousand dollars ($1,000.00) to be held in trust for them until they arrive at the age of 21 years, each child to receive his or her share when 21 years of age. I direct that the said $1,000.00 shall be divided equally among said children. SEVENTEENTH I hereby name, nominate and appoint the First National Bank of Grand Island,Nebraska, in trust. as trustee for the funds heretofore placed EIGHTEENTH All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property of every kind and nature, I give, devise and bequeath unto my nephews, Frank Kosemund of }Lewellen, Nebraska, and Theodore Kosemund of St. Libory, Nebraska, share and share alike. NINETEENTH: I name, nominate and appoint Henry Hohmann of Grand Island, Nebraska., and my nephew Theodore Kosemund of St. Libory, Nebraska, as executors of this, my last will and testament, and I hereby revoke any and all former wills by me made.
