<br />County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 18th day of November, 1936, at 9 o'clock A.M., and it
<br />appears by proof on file that notice of said order was published as ordered by this Court.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />The court further finds that on the 10th day of December, 1936, said B.J.Cunningham,_as Admin-
<br />istrator, filed in Court his inventory of the property of said estate, and that according to said
<br />inventory, the deceased, died seized and possessed of the following described property, to -wit:
<br />Lot Two (2) in Block Twenty -nine (29) Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The center one -third of Lot Eight (8) in Block Fifty -eight (58) original town, now city of
<br />Grand Island,, Nebraska.
<br />The Southwest quarter (SWi) of section Nine (9), in Township Eleven (11),Range Eleven (ill
<br />West of the 6th P.M. Hall.County, Nebraska, containing 160 acres a little more or less.
<br />An undivided one -half interest in and to the Southeast Quarter (SE*) of Section Seven (7),
<br />in Township Eleven (11),Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M., in.Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot Seventy (70) in row No. Two (2) Shoemaker's First Addition of Grand Island Cemetery,
<br />situated on the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NANWU of Section Twenty -nine
<br />(29) in Township Eleven (11), Range Nine (9), Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />And miscellaneous chattel property of the approximate value of $300.00
<br />SIXTH.
<br />The Court further finds that according to the laws of descent and distribution, said property
<br />descends as follows: An undivided one -fifth share to each of the following: Elise Bielfeldt,
<br />Margaretha Hensley, Lena Tagge, Fred William Bielfeldt also known as Friedrich Wilhelm Bielfeldt,
<br />and Jacob Bielfeldt.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 15th day of July, 1936, A.J.Luebs was appointed appraiser
<br />for inheritance tax purposes in said estate, that he took his oath and after notice of hearing as
<br />by law required, filed his report as such appraiser herein on January 18, 1.937, finding the gross
<br />value of said estate at $24,845.00, and subject to no inheritance tax whatsoever.
<br />EIGHTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 16th day of August, 1937, an order of this Court was made
<br />barring all claims not filed against said estate and determining the heirs -at -law of said Margaretha
<br />Bielfeldt, deceased, as hereinbefore found in paragraph Third hereof; the Court further finds that
<br />all debts and claims against said estate, including the costs ofadministration in said estate,
<br />have been fully aid and that there remains in the hands of said Administrator for distribution,
<br />the sum of $10,, 7.56 in cash.
<br />NINTH.
<br />The Court further finds that after deducting from the assets of said estate, all debts, claims,
<br />costs of administration and all other proper expenditures and the statutory exemptions allowed
<br />the heirs -at -law in said estate, there is due and payable to the County Treasurer of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, no inheritance tax whatsoever.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said B.J.
<br />Cunningham, Administrator herein, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as such; further
<br />that Elise Bielfeldt, Margaretha Hensley, Lena Tagge, Fred William Bielfeldt also known as
<br />Friedrich Wilhelm Bielfeldt, and Jacob Bielfeldt are all and the only heirs -at -law of said
<br />Margaretha Bielfeldt, deceased, and that the property described in paragraph Fifth hereof, des-
<br />cends according to the laws of descent and distribution of the State of Nebraska as set forth in
<br />paragraph Sixth of this decree; further that B.J.Cunningham as Administrator, pay unto the follow..
<br />ing named heirs -at -law, the amounts set opposite their respective names, to -wit:
<br />Elise Bielfeldt $2169.51
<br />Margaretha Hensley 2169.51
<br />Lena Tagge 2169.51
<br />Fred William Bielfeldt 2169.51
<br />Jacob Bielfeldt 2169.51
<br />which payments said Administrator has now made and receipts for which from the respective heirs,
<br />are now on file, and he therefore hereby is discharged as Administrator, his bond released and
<br />said estate fully settled and closed.
