<br />FOURTH.
<br />That on the 23rd day of August, 1944, an order was made herein allowing creditors three months
<br />from and after the 20th day of September, 19441 in which to file their claims against said estate
<br />and said Administratrix one year in which to settle said estate, and further ordering that a notice
<br />to creditors be published in the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper --published and circu-
<br />lating in Hall County, Nebraska, for three successive weeks prior to said 20th day of September,
<br />1944, and that a, hearinC_, on claims filed against said estate would be held at the office of the
<br />County Judge of Hall Cou ,nty, Nebraska, on the 22nd day of December, 19411, at 9 o'clock A.M., and
<br />it ap-oears by proof on file that notice of said order we.s published as ordered by this Court.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />The Court further fin,-L,.s that on the 22nd day of December, 1944, said Margaretha Beachler, as
<br />Administratrix, filed in Court her inventory of the property of said estate, and that according to
<br />said inventor,/, the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described property, to -wit:
<br />An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in Lot Five (5) in Block Eleven (11), Bonnie Brae Addi-
<br />tion to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, situate in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />The Court further finds that according to the laws of descent and distribution, said property
<br />descends as follows: An undivided one-fourth of said undivided one-half'interest in said Lot 5
<br />to Margaretha Beachler, an undivided one-fourth of said Undivided one-half interest in said Lot
<br />9 to Henry B.Schroeder, an undivided one-fourth of said undivided one-half interest in said Lot 5
<br />to Clara Schroeder, an undivided one-sixteenth of said undivided one-half interest in said Lot 5
<br />to each of the following: Charles G.Wetzel, Jr., Donald Wetzel, Howard Wetzel and Joan Wetzel,
<br />in fee simple I absolute. SEVENTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 22nd day of December, 1944, an order of this Court was made

<br />EIGHTH
<br />The Court further finds that after deducting from the assets of said estate, all debts, claims,
<br />costs of administration and all other proper expenditures and the statutory exemptions allowed the
<br />heirs-at-law in said estate, there is due and payable to the County Treasurer of Hall County, Ne-
<br />brasl,,a, no inheritance tax whasoever.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Margaretha
<br />Beachler, Administratrix herein, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as such; further
<br />that Margaretha Beachler, Henry B.Schroeder, Clara Schroeder, Charles G.Wetzel,Jr., Donald Wetzel,
<br />Howard Wetzel and Joan Wetzel, are all and the only heirs-at-law of said deceased, and that the
<br />property described in paragraph Fifth hereof, descends according to the laws of descent and dis-
<br />tribution of the State of Nebras1,.a as found in paragraph Sixth of this decree, subject to the pay-
<br />ment of the liens foll.nd. anC, set forth in paragraph Seventh hereof; that said Administratrix be and
<br />she hereby is discli--arged, her bond released and said estate closed.
