<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
<br />OF
<br />PETER AUGUST HOLTDORF
<br />Being mindful of the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof, I, Peter
<br />August Holtdorf, do m?ke, declare and publish this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revok-
<br />ing all Wills heretofore made by me..
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that the expense of my last sickness, my funeral expenses, and all my just debts be
<br />paid by me Executor hereinafter named, from my personal property as soon as may be convenient.
<br />SECOND
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Elsie Holtdorf, all the rest, residue and
<br />remainder of my property, bDth real and personal, and whether now owned by me or hereafter acquired,
<br />to have and to hold the same forever; Provided, however, that if my said wife, Elsie Holtdorf, shall
<br />precede me in death, then all of my said property after the payment of the items set forth in the
<br />First Paragraph hereof, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter, Margaret Elizabeth
<br />Dibbern, for aid during heap lifetime only, she to have the use of the real estate and to have all
<br />the rents, revenue and income from all of my said property and to pay all taxes lawfully assessed
<br />thereon and pay all expenses and take all steps necessary for the preservation of said property
<br />durin-, her lifetime and upon her death, all of' said propert T, both real and personal shall pass
<br />and descend to her lawful issue, by right of representation, forever.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I name, nominate and appoint my said wife, E
<br />Will and Testament, and request that she be not
<br />as such and granting to her herewith full power
<br />or leave of any court for that purpose. In the
<br />nominate and appoint my said daughter, Margaret
<br />and request that she be not required to furnish
<br />Lsie Holtdorf, to be the Executor of this, my last
<br />required to furnish surety on her official bond
<br />and right to convey any property without license
<br />event my said wife precede me in death then I name,
<br />Elizabeth Dibbern, to be the Executor of this Will,
<br />surety on her official bond as such.

<br />I, Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that
<br />on the 12th day of December, 1944, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />Peter August Holtdorf, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 10th day of
<br />January, 1945, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated
<br />and allowed as the -last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Peter August
<br />Holtdorf deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
