<br />At a Session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand Island, in said County,
<br />on the 21st day of April, A.D., 1943-
<br />Present Paul N.Kirk, County Judge.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate of
<br />Nicholas Werner, Deceased.
<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />the 23rd day of March, 1943, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />Nicholas Werner deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 21st day of April, 1943,
<br />said instrument to 1orhich this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Nicholas Werner deceased, and the
<br />same eras ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 8th day of November, 1944, this cause came on for hearing on the final report of
<br />Rose Werner, executrix of the Estate of Nicholas Werner, deceased, and it appearing to the satis-
<br />faction of the Court that notice as required by law,has been given to all persons interested as to
<br />the filing of said report and the time fixed for final settlement of said estate by publication,
<br />and no objection or protest has been filed, and on examination thereof the Court finds that said
<br />report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed as the final report of said
<br />executrix; that she has accounted for all property coming into her hands or under her control.

<br />HALL COUNTY ) ss' I, Charles Bossert, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby
<br />certify that I have compared the foregoing copy of Last Will and Testament, Certificate of Probate
<br />of Will and Decree - IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF NICHOLAS WERNER, DECEASED, with the original
<br />record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of
<br />the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal
<br />is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his oT',rn name,
<br />and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the fore-
<br />going attestation is in due form of law.

<br />The Court further finds that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of said
<br />deceased of the time and place appointed for filing of claims against said estate and that the
<br />time allowed for filing clal_ms is fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said
<br />estate have been paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against said estate and not so
<br />filed, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />The Court finds that Nicholas Werner departed this life . testate on the 17th day of March,
<br />inhabitant Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />1943; that he was at the time of his death a resident and of
<br />that he left surviving him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law, the following named
<br />persons; Rose Werner, his widow; Walter Werner, son; Donald Werner, son; Betty Reher,granddaughter;
<br />and Gerald Reher, grandson.
<br />The Court further finds that Nicholas Werner died possessed of the following described real
<br />estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />The West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W� -NEB) of Section Thirty three (33), in Township
<br />Ten (10), North of Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M.
<br />South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S- z -NW4) of Section Thirty Three (33), in Township Ten
<br />(10),North of Range Nine (,West of the 6th P.M.
<br />The Court further finds that the deceased did give, devise and bequeath said real estate to
<br />Rose Werner, his widow.
<br />The Court further finds that the deceased died possessed of certain personal property; ,that
<br />by the terms of the last will and testament, said personal property eras devised and bequeathed
<br />to his widow, Rose Werner.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that.all persons are forever barred
<br />and excluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against said estate and that the
<br />same is fully settled and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the real estate above described,
<br />did pass and descend on the death of Nicholas Werner, under the terms of the Last Will and Testa-
<br />ment of the said deceased, to Rose Werner, Widow.
<br />IT IS FARTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the Final Report of the executrix
<br />is approved in all things and that he-r bondsman is hereby released of any and all liability.
