566 <br />THEIIUGUSTINECO. 20112.2.41 <br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to an inheritance tax. <br />The Court further finds that all special legacies have been paid in full; that all debts, <br />expenses of administration, and other obligations of said estate have been paid; that delivery has <br />been made of property specifically bequeathed to the persons entitle thereto; that Delbert D. <br />Ramsthel, with his wife joining, conveyed all his right, title, and interest in and to the south- <br />west quarter of Section 8, Township 11, Range 10 West, Halal County, Nebraska, for valuable con- <br />siderations, to May H.Horth, and assigned in writing all his interest and share in said estate to <br />said May H.Horth; that said southwest quarter of Section 8, Township 11, Range 10, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, has been sold, and the proceeds thereof paid to said administrator for payment and di. <br />tribution under the terms of said last will and testament; that the balance on hand the sum o <br />$6220.04, and that one -half thereof, to -wit: $3110.02, should be paid to Laura E.Pigman, residuary <br />legatee and devisee, and one -half to May H.Horth, grantee and assignee of Delbert D.Ramsthel, the <br />other residuary legatee and devisee and has been paid as evidenced by the receipts filed herein. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said administrator with the <br />will annexed pay to Laura E.Pigman and May H.Horth, in equal shares, the balance remaining in his <br />hands for distribution. <br />IT IS FURTHER, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said admini- <br />strator with the will annexed, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as the final report, <br />both as to the receipts and disbursements of R.R.Horth, administrator with the will annexed, from <br />the date of his last report to September 22,1934, and as to the receipts and disbursements of <br />William Suhr, administrator with the will annexed from the time of his appointment, and said estate <br />is hereby settled and closed and said administrator discharged from his bond as such and hereby <br />released upon filing of receipts for final distribution as ordered herein. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate described as <br />follows: Lot 3 in Block 135, of Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, passed and descended, to Laura E.Pigman, and that the real <br />estate described as follows: the southwest quarter of Section 8, in Township 11 North, Range 10 <br />West, in Hall County, Nebraska, after the payment of special legacies, passed and descended, under <br />the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of Sarah J.Ramsthel, deceased, to Laura E. <br />Pigman and Delbert D.Ramsthel, in equal shares. <br />Paul N:Kirk <br />COUNTY JUDGE. <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA F I L E D FEB 17 1943 PAUL N.
