<br />personal ornaments, Jewelry, etc., except one cameo brooch, which id disposed of as hereinafter

<br />THIRD.
<br />I give and bequeath to Leah Ramsthel, wife of my grandson, Ralph Ramsthel, my cameo brooch or
<br />pin.
<br />I give and bequeath to my grandson, Ralph Ramsthel, One Thousand Dollars in cash and all
<br />household goods of every kind and nature, including all kitchen wares, utensils, and silverware,
<br />the intention being to include all and singular of my said household goods and furniture now owned
<br />(�
<br />1� by me and located in and about my said home in Grand Island, Nebraska, and request that he give
<br />to my said daughter, Laura E.Pigman, any small piece of same which she may desire to select as a
<br />"keepsake, this last provision to be exercised by him at his discretion.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give and bequeath to my daughter-in-law, Bessie Ramsthel, (widow of my deceased son, Albert
<br />L.Ramsthel), One Thousand Dollars in cash.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I give and bequeath to my granddaughter, Gladys Ramsthel, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars in
<br />cash.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />I give and bequeath to Charles G.Rya.n, of Grand Island, Nebraska, as Trustee, the sum of Five
<br />Thousand Dollars, to be by him held in trust for the use and benefit of my grandchildren named in
<br />this clause of my will, in the following amounts:
<br />For my grandson, Elmer Ramsthel, Five Hundred Dollars;
<br />For my granddaughter, Myrtle Lucile Ramsthel, Two Thousand Dollars;

<br />For my granddaughter, Bernice Ramsthel, Two Thousand Dollars;
<br />For my grandson, Ernest Ramsthel, Five Hundred Dollars.
<br />Said Trustee is hereby directed and authorized ' to receive said above sums and amounts in the due
<br />course of the administration of my estate, as bequeathed in this clause of my will, to invest and
<br />re-invest same in good, interest-bearing securities, and to annually pay the net interest therefrom,
<br />after deducting the expenses incident to the administration of said trust, to the beneficiaries
<br />above named, in the proportions above set forth; that is to say, the interest on $500. to Elmer
<br />Ramsthel on $2000. to Myrtle Lucile Ramsthel; on $2000. to Bernice Ramsthel, and on $500- to
<br />Ernest Ramsthel, and such payment shall continue unt il said above named beneficiaries shall
<br />severally reach le-al age, w1nen the principal sum bequeathed for each of them in this clause is by
<br />01 �said Trustee to be paid to them in the said above amounts, to-wit: Five Hundred Dollars to Elmer
<br />Ramsthel, Two Thousand Dollars to Myrtle Lucile Ramsthel, Two Thousand Dollars to Bernice Ramsthel,
<br />Aand Five Hundred Dollars to Ernest Ramsthel.
<br />I further direct that in the event of the death of any of my said grandchildren mentioned in
<br />this clause of my will, before reaching legal age, leaving issue or descendants them surviving,
<br />then the said amounts severally bequeathed to them shall be paid to the legal guardian of such
<br />issue or descendants. If they die before reaching legal age, without leaving issue or descendants
<br />surviving them, then the said amounts bequeathed for them in this clause shall be paid to their
<br />heirs at law as provided by the law of descent in the state of Nebraska.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />I give and bequeath to my daughter, Laura E.Pigman, as Trustee for the use and benefit of my
<br />grandson, Rennier Howard Pigman, the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars, and direct that she shall
<br />receive same in in the due course of the administration of my estate, invest it in good interest
<br />bearing securities, and annually pay the net income therefrom, after paying the expenses of ad-
<br />ministering said trust, to my said grandson until he shall reach legal age, when said principal
<br />sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars shall be paid to him by said Trustee. In case he should die before
<br />reaching legal age, leaving issue or descendants him surviving, said amount shall then be paid to

<br />the legal guardian of such issue, but in case of his death before ag
<br />reaching legal e, without

<br />leavingissue surviving, then said amount shall be paid to his heirs at law.
<br />EIGHTH.
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath all of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate and property,
<br />wheresoever situated, in equal shares to my said daughter, Laura E.Pigman, and to my son, Delbert
<br />D.Ramsthel, and direct that in case either of them should die before my death, leaving issue or
<br />descendants him surviving, then his or her share shall not lapse, but shall pass and descent to
<br />such issue or descendants by right of representation.
<br />NINTH.
<br />I hereby name, nominate, and appoint Charles G. Ryan, of Grand Island, Nebraska, Executor of
<br />this, my last will and testament, and hereby give and grant to him, for the purpose of administer-
<br />ing my said estate, full right, power, and authority to sell and dispose of any and all property,
<br />real or personal, of which I die seized except the specific properties hereinabove bequeathed or
<br />devised, and to convert same into cash at his discretion, with as little delay as possible, hav-
<br />ing in mind the conservation of my said estate, and I further empower my said Executor to sell any
<br />real estate oP which I die seized, except the specific devise hereinbefore mentioned, and to give
<br />good and sufficient deeds of conveyance therefor, without application to or license from any court
<br />for such purpose, the authority herein given to him being ample to sell and convey said real estate
<br />in absolute fee simple.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed my name to this instrument, consisting of three
<br />pages of typewritten matter, each of which I have identified with my signature, on this 8th day
<br />of March, A.D. 1921.
