<br />completed his education by graduating from college; hence the provisions of said will providing
<br />for the completion of his education, and appointing James H.Clark, as Trustee, to handle and
<br />manage his share of said estate until said Wayne Clayton Clark, shall reach the age of 25 years,
<br />are ineffective.
<br />9. That said deceased left no personal property in the State of Nebraska, the cash above set
<br />forth being income from real estate since his death.
<br />10. That said deceased, W. Clayton Clark, at the time of his death, was the owner of the

<br />An undivided one -third (1 /3rd) interest in Lots 787 and 788 in the Original Town of Dorchester,
<br />Saline County, Nebraska;
<br />that all of said real estate, in accordance with the Will of said deceased and the laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska, should be assigned to the above named Gladys L.Clark Philbrook, Marion I.Clark
<br />Graham, James H.Clark, Wayne Clayton Clark and Dianne Ruth Clark, in equal shares.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that said account be, and the same is hereby
<br />allowed as the final account of James H.Clark., the Executor herein, that the cash referred to in
<br />the seventh finding herein, be, and the same is hereby ordered paid to the parties entitled
<br />thereto as set forth by the sixth and seventh findings and the real estate described in the tenth
<br />finding herein, and any other property belonging to said estate and not accounted for by said
<br />Executor, be, and the same is hereby assigned to the said Gladys L. Clark Philbrook, Marion I.
<br />Clark Graham, James H.Clark, Wayne Clayton Clark, and Dianne Ruth Clark, heirs, legatees and
<br />devisees, in equal shares, and upon distribution of said funds within forty days from this date,
<br />and filing a report and vouchers showing such distribution, the said James H.Clark, as Executor,
<br />will be discharged from his trust.

<br />I, Sarah J.Ramsthel, of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do
<br />hereby make, publish, and declare this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former
<br />wills by me made.
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that all of my ,just debts and the expenses of my last sickness and funeral, and of
<br />administering my estate, be first paid out of my said estate.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath to my daughter, Laura E.Pigman, the house and lot in Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, where I now live, and to her heirs and assigns forever.
