<br />in the premises finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place
<br />fixed by the Court for the hearing upon said reportp and further finds that said report is true and
<br />correct in all things, and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the Final Report
<br />of said Executrix, said estate settled and closed and said Executrix discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Charles Thesenvitz departed this life on the 13th day of
<br />May, 1944, and that at the time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />that he left surviving him as his heirs -at -law and only heirs -at -law, his wife, Emma Thesenvitz;
<br />and four children, they being, Ruby Irvine, Elmer Thesenvitz, Olive Thesenvitz and Glen Thesenvitz;
<br />that he left a. Last Will and Testament which was by the consideration of this Court duly proven,
<br />allowed and admitted to probate on the 21st day of June, 1944 and Letters Testamentary were duly
<br />issued by this Court to the said Emma Thesenvitz on the Estate of Charles Thesenvitz, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of the deceased, and that the time
<br />so fixed has fully expired, and that all persons having claims against said estate and not filed
<br />within the time limited by the Court are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting
<br />any such claim against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the Executrix has paid the funeral expenses of said deceased, all
<br />debts against said estate and the costs of these proceedings and has made proper distribution of the
<br />personal property in said estate of the deceased as provided under the Will and nothing further
<br />remains in the hands of the Executrix belonging to said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the estate is not subject to an inheritance tax under the laws
<br />of the State of Nebraska or to a Federal Estate Tax under the laws of the United States.
<br />The Court further finds that at the time of his death the said Charles Thesenvitz was the
<br />owner of an interest in real estate described as the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (SOEU
<br />of Section Twenty -eight (28), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th
<br />P.M. Hall County, Nebraska, that said real estate had heretofore been conveyed by deed executed
<br />by the said Charles Thesenvitz and Emma Thesenvitz, his wife, to Charles Thesenvitz and Emma
<br />Thesenvitz, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, which conveyance did not convey the full
<br />and complete interest of the said Charles Thesenvitz in said real estate but that under the terms
<br />and provisions of the Last Will and Testament of said Charles Thesenvitz all of his property, in-
<br />cluding such interest as he still retained in the real estate hereinabove described, passed and
<br />descended to Emma Thesenvitz.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of Emma
<br />Thesenvitz, Executrix of the Estate of Charles Thesenvitz, deceased, be, and the same hereby is
<br />in all things approved and allowed as and for the Final Report of said Executrix, and said estate
<br />is hereby settled and closed and said Executrix discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined and excluded from setting up or
<br />asserting any such claim against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all property in said estate, be,
<br />and the same hereby is transferred to Emma Thesenvitz, to have and to hold the same forever.

<br />ALICE B.BUNDY, DECEASED
<br />NOW, on this 13th day of December, 1944, this cause came on for hearing before the Court on the
<br />Petition of Walter W.Bundy, and the Court finds that due and legal notice of the time, place and
<br />purpose of this hearing has been given to all persons interested in said estate, both creditors and
<br />heirs -at -law in the matter provided by law.
<br />The Court finds that Alice B.Bundy departed this life on the 8th day of April, 1929, a resident
<br />and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that at the time of her death, she was seized and possessed
<br />of the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />An undivided one-half interest in and to Lot Three (3), in Block Five (5) in Russel Wheeler's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That the said Alice B.Bundy left surviving her as her sole and only heirs -at -law your petitioner,
<br />Walter W.Bundy, widower, and Fay Doherty, formerly Fay Bundy, daughter,, both over twenty -one years
