<br />WILL AND DECREE
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CHARLES THESENVITZ
<br />I, Charles Thesenvitz, of Wood River, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do
<br />make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, in manner and form following:
<br />FIRST
<br />I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses, expenses of last illness and administrative
<br />proceedings be paid as soon after my death as conveniently can be done by my Executrix hereinafter
<br />named.
<br />SECOND
<br />After payment of the items set forth in the First Paragraph hereof, I give, devise and bequeath
<br />all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both realty and personalty, and whether now owned
<br />by me or hereafter acquired, and wheresoever located, to my beloved wife, Emma Thesenvitz, to have
<br />and to hold the same forever.
<br />THIRD
<br />In the event my wife, Emma Thesenvitz, should precede me in death, then I give, devise and be-
<br />queath said residue of my estate to my four children, Ruby Irvine, Elmer Thesenvitz, Olive
<br />Thesenvitz and Glen Thesenvitz, share and share alike, to have and to hold the same forever.
<br />FOURTH
<br />I name, nominate and appoint my wife, Emma Thesenvitz to be the Executrix of this, my Last Will
<br />and Testament, further requesting that she be not required to furnish surety on her bond as such,
<br />or in the event she does not survive me, then my son Elmer Thesenvitz, also requesting that he be
<br />not required to furnish surety on his official bond as such Executor.
<br />FIFTH
<br />I hereby revoke any and all wills by me heretofore made.

<br />I, Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that
<br />on the 25th day of May 114 -4, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Charles
<br />Thesenvitz deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 21st day of June, 1944, said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Charles Thesenvitz deceased, and the same
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
