550 <br />iqxlm I 11111I <br />THEAUGUSTINECO. 20112.2-41 <br />County, Nebraska, and being the owner of real estate situate in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The court further finds that on the 22nd day of January, 1935, Ethel B.Hansen was duly app- <br />ointed aaministratrix of said estate, that an order was entered, fixing the time and place for <br />the hearing for the appointment of administratrix, and that notice thereof was given as by law <br />provided, and that the said Ethel B.Hansen filed her bona and received letters of administration <br />entitling her to administer the assets of said estate. <br />The court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time <br />and place fixed by the court for the filing of claims against said estate; that all persons <br />having claims aEdinst said estate, not filed within the time fixed by the court, if any such <br />there be, are forever barred and precluded from setting up or asserting any such claim against <br />said estate. <br />The court further finds that the deceased departed this life, left surviving him as his heirs <br />at law, next of kin, and only persons entitled to share in his estate, the following named persons, <br />to-wit: <br />Alice Hansen, surviving widow, <br />Ethel B.Hansen, a daughter. <br />The court further finds that said deceased died, the owner of real estate and personal <br />property in Hall County; that the real estate owned by the deceased was all of Lot Four (4) in <br />Block Two (2) Nagy's Addition to the city of Grand Island, and that said real estate did pass <br />and descend by reason of the statutes of descent of the state of Nebraska pertaining to the <br />descent of real estate, at the death of said deceased, to Alice Hansen and Ethel B.Hansen, share <br />and share alike, subject only to the life estate and homestead rights of the said Alice Hansen <br />in and to said property. <br />The court further finds that the administrator has reduced the personal roperty of said <br />estate to cash amountinS to Four hundred thirty four and 14/100 dollars ($431.14) and that said <br />administratrix has paid the debts filed against said estate, the cost of administration and all <br />bills outstanding anainst said estate, and has expended therefor the sum of Five hundred sixty -i <br />nine and 13/100 ($589-13); that the said administratrix has advanced $134.89 of her own money, <br />but that she has waived any claim against the estate for the repayment of said sum and makes no <br />claim against said estate therefor; that there are no other assets belonging to said estate to be <br />distributed; that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed <br />by the court for hearing upon said aaministratrixt final report, and no-one appearing to object <br />to the said report, and the court beinE duly advised in the premises, finds that said report is <br />true and correct and should be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said adminis- <br />tratrix, and said estate settled and closed, and said administratrix discharged. <br />The court further finds that there is no inheritence tax due from said estate by virtue of the <br />laws of the state of Nebrnsla, nor any federal estate tax due by virtue of the laws of the United <br />States. <br />It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that all. persons having claims <br />against the estate of said deceased, if any such there be, are forever barred and precluded <br />from setting up any such claim against said estate. <br />It is further ordered that the real estate belonging to said estate, to-wit: Lot Four (4) in <br />Block Two (2) Nagy's Addition to the city of Grand Island, did pass and descend at the death of <br />the said Julius W.Hansen, to Alice Hansen, his widow, and Ethel B.Hansen, his daughter, in equal <br />shares to each subject only to the life estate and homestead right of the right of the said Alice <br />Hansen in and to said premises. <br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the final report of the said Ethel B.Hansen., <br />administratrix of sgiO estate, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed and said estate is <br />hereby settled and said administratrix discharged. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereto affixed my hand and seal of the County Court on the day and <br />year last above written. <br />Paul N-Kirk <br />Judge of County Court. <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA F I L E D DEC 24 1936 PAUL N.
