<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF HENRY E. HART
<br />I, Henry E.Hnrt, of West Blue Toi,rnship, Adams County, and State of Nebraska, knowing the un-
<br />certainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my
<br />last Will and Testament, in the words following, that is to say:
<br />1. 1 direct that my executrix hereinafter named shall advertise and sell at public auction
<br />all my personal property, except household goods, to the highest bidder for cash, or on approved
<br />bankable security that may be converted into cash at once, the proceeds of said. sale to be used
<br />and disposed of as follows to-%Tit:
<br />First to the payment and discharge of the expense of my last sickness, my funeral charges and
<br />unsecured debts, if any.
<br />Second to the �-)ayment and discharge of the mortgage indebtedness now existing upon my real
<br />estate.
<br />Third the balance if any, of the -proceeds of said sale, to be paid to my beloved wife Nella C.
<br />Hart, and it is my desire that she use said moneys in building and purchasing a house and lot in
<br />Trumbull, Nebraska, for herself, leaving this matter however, to her best judgment.
<br />2. 1 hereby give and bequeath to my beloved wife Nella C.Hart, the sole use, rental, income
<br />and control of all the real estate of which I may die seized, wheresoever situate, during her
<br />natural life, the intention herein being to give to my said wife a life estate, only, in said
<br />real. estate.
<br />3- Subject to the foregoing provisions of my said -1,11, and the life estate of my said wife
<br />in said real estate, I hereby give and devise to my s'o--,i , Doyle Ivan Hart, all the real estate of
<br />which I may die seized, wheresoever situate, in fee, to him, my said son, and tc his heirs for-
<br />ever.
<br />I he.oeby appoint my beloved wife, Nella C.Hart, executrix of this my last Will and Testa-
<br />ment, g
<br />hereby revokin all former wills by me made.
<br />In witness wtllereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name this 7th day of December, A.D. 1908".

<br />this is annexed, was duly proved, approved, probated and allowed, as the last will. and testament
<br />of the said Henry E.Hart deceased, in and for the State of Nebraska; and it was ordered to be
<br />recorded. in the records of the County Court aforesaid.
