<br />I, Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that 
<br />on the 21st day of April 1944, the instrument purpurting to be the last will and testament of 
<br />Sallie Nagle deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 17th day of May 1944, 
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the 
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Sallie Nagle deceased, and the 
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />SALLIE NAGLE, DECEASED. 
<br />Now on this 22nd day of November, 194-4, this matter came on for hearing upon the Final Report 
<br />of Walter Petersen) Executor of the Estate of Sallie Nagle, deceased, and upon his petition for ' 
<br />the allowance and approval of said report, settlement of said estate and his discharge herein, and 
<br />the Court having examined the records and files and being fully advised in the premises, finds that 
<br />due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court for 
<br />the hearing upon said report, and finds further that the same is true and correct in all things, 
<br />and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the Final Report of the Executor, 
<br />said estate settled and closed and said Executor discharged. The Court further finds that the 
<br />said Sallie Nagle departed this life on the 14th day of April, 1944, and that at the time of her 
<br />death she was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that she left surviving her as 
<br />her heirs at law and only heirs at law Lettie'Schultz, William J.Nagle, Gertrude Irene Bartles, 
<br />Frederick Nagle, Margaret D. Mathiesen and Henry John Nagle, they being daughters and sons of the 
<br />deceased, and Walter William Petersen, Leo Soren Petersen and Irene Prather, they being children 
<br />of Maud Edith Petersen, a daughter who predeceased the said Sallie Nagle; that the husband of the 
<br />said Sallie Nagle preceded her in death; that she left a Last Will and Testament, which was by the 
<br />consideration of this Court duly proven, allowed and admitted to probate on the 17th day of May, 
<br />1944-, and Letters Testamentary were duly issued by this Court to the said Walter Petersen on the 
<br />.Estate of Sallie Nagle, deceased. 
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons.of the time 
<br />and ,place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of the deceased, and that the 
<br />tir,,,,e so fixed has fully expired, and that all persons having claims against said estate and not 
<br />filed within the time limited by the Court are forever barred and excluded from setting up or 
<br />asserting any such claim against said estate.

<br />The Court further finds that the said Executor has paid the funeral expenses of said deceased 
<br />all debts against said estate and the costs of these proceedings and has made due distribution of 
<br />the personal property in said estate of the deceased to the legatees under the Will of the deceased, 
<br />and nothing further remains in his hands belonging to said estate. 
<br />The Court further finds that the estate is not subject to an inheritance tax under the laws of 
<br />the State of Nebraska nor to a Federal Estate Tax under the laws of the United States. 
<br />The Court further finds that the said Sallie Nagle was possessed of real estate described as 
<br />Block Thirteen (13), Koehler's Sub-division in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; 
<br />that all of said repl estate exce-pt the Southerly 100 Feet thereof is involved in condemnation 
<br />proceedings instituted by the City of Grand Island now pending on appeal in the District Court of 
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; that said real estate or the proceeds from that under condemnation passed 
<br />and descended T)ursuant to the terms of the Will of Sallie Nagle in equal shares of an undivided 
<br />one-seventh each to the sons and daughters hereinabove named of the deceased and the remaining 
<br />one-seventh in equal shares to the children of a deceased daughter, Maud Edith Petersen; that 
<br />settlement has been made with Henry John Nagle in connection with the amount to be deducted from 
<br />his share as provided for in said Last Will and Testament. 
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of the said 
<br />Walter Petersen, Executor of the Estate of Sallie Nagle, deceased, be, and the same hereby is in 
<br />all things approved and allowed as and for the Final Report of said Executor and said estate is 
<br />hereby settled and closed and. said Executor discharged. 
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims 
<br />against said estate, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined and excluded from setting 
<br />up or asserting any such claim against said estate. 
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate hereinabove 
<br />described and the nroceeds from that portion under condemnation be, and the same is hereby found 
<br />to have Dassed under the Last Will and Testament of Sallie Nagle, deceased, to Lettie Schultz, 
<br />William J.Nagle, Gertrude Irene Bartles, Frederick Nagle, Margaret D.Mathiesen and Henry John
