<br />of the following described real estate:
<br />(1) An undivided one half interest as tenant in common of Westerly 17 feet of Lot 6 and
<br />Easterly 31 feet of Lot 5, all in Block 8 in H.G.Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island, in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, the homestead of deceased and his widow, Sophie Goettsche, of record in his
<br />name as Christ Goettsche and that Christian and Christ Goettsche were one and the same person;
<br />(2) The entire interest in West Half of Southwest Quarter and Southwest Quarter of Northeast
<br />Quarter (W1S,a1�1) and S'4NE4) of Section 36 and Northeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter (NE-ISE14) of
<br />Section 35, all in Township Eleven (11), North, Range :dine (9) West of the 6 P.M. in said Hall
<br />County.
<br />That said intestate left him surviving at his death as his sole and only heirs at law and next
<br />of kin, his widow, Sophie Goettsche and their seven children, namely -Lena C. Goettsch, William
<br />Goettsche, John Goettsche, Rudolph A.Goettsche, Henry Goettsche, Clarence Goettsche and Elsie
<br />Reher, all over 21 years of age: that no administrator of the estate of said deceased has ever
<br />been appointed or applied for in Nebraska or elsewhere;
<br />T1I'lat on the death of said deceased, the real estate above described, owned by the deceased at
<br />his death descended under the statutes of descent of Nebraska as follows - an undivided one third
<br />thereof to Sophie Goettsche, together with a life estate in the homestead referred to in
<br />paragra)h 1 above and an undivided two - twenty- firsts (2/21) interest therein to each of the seven
<br />children above named subject only to said life estate in said homestead of deceased referred to
<br />in -oa.ragraph (1) above and is so allotted to them respectively. That all claims against the estate
<br />of deceased were fully paid and if any there be unpaid, such claims are barred and precluded by
<br />the statute of limitations.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF SALLIE NAGLE
<br />I, Sallie Nagle, of Grand Island, Nebraska., being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make
<br />and publish this, my last Will and Testament, in the manner and form following, that is to say:
<br />FIRST
<br />I direct that all my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial be first paid.
<br />SECOND
<br />All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, and whether now
<br />owned by me or hereafter acquired, of which I shall die the owner, I give, devise and - bequeath to
<br />my beloved children and grandchildren as follows: Lettie Schultz, William J.Nagle, Gertrude Irene
<br />Bartles, Frederick Nagle, Margaret D.Mathiesen and Henry John Nagle, each an undivided one - seventh
<br />and to Walter William Petersen, Leo Soren Petersen, and Irene Prather, children of my deceased
<br />daughter, Maud Edith Petersen, each an undivided one - twenty first: provided, however, that there
<br />shall first be deducted from the share received by my son, Henry John Nagle, the sum of $460.00
<br />representing the amount he has heretofore received in the way of advancement.
<br />THIRD
<br />In the event any of the heirs hereinbefore named shall precede me in death leaving children
<br />them surviving the share or shares of such deceased children shall pass and descend to thei,:
<br />children by right of representation, and if they leave no children them surviving; their share
<br />shall pass to their heirs at law.
<br />FOURTH
<br />I nominate and appoint Walter Petersen of Grand Island, Nebraska, executor of this will and
<br />request that he be not required to furnish surety upon his official bond as such.
