<br />The Court further finds that the estate of James S.Denman has been appraised for inheritance
<br />tax; that the amount of inheritance tax, as determined by the appraiser, was $319.50 and has been
<br />paid, and the Court finds that the said estate is not subject to inheritance tax under the laws
<br />of the State of Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the said James S.Denman was, at the time of his death, the owner
<br />in fee simple title of the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />and that under the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska, all of the above described property
<br />of the said James S.Denman did pass and descend, at his death, to his sole heirs, Loyal Denman
<br />and Bernice Weinrich in equal shares to each.
<br />The Court further finds that the said James S.Denman was at the time of 4is death a widower;
<br />that he left no heirs surviving him except the said Loyal Denman and Bernice Weinrich.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all of the above described
<br />property, to -wit:
<br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty (20), in Township Ten (10), Range

<br />Nebraska, containing 142.30 acres.
<br />The Northeast Quarter and the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and Lots One (1)
<br />and Two (2) all in Section Twenty -nine (29), Township Ten (10), North, Range Ten (10), West of
<br />the 6th P.M., containing 295.65 acres, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The West Half of Section Sixteen (16), in Township Ten (10), North, Range Ten (10), West of
<br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />did pass and descend upon the death of the said James S.Denman to his heirs, Loyal Denman and
<br />Bernice Weinrich, share and share alike, and said real estate is awarded to them.
<br />The Court further finds that the said James S.Denman was at the time of his death a resident
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska; that he left no Last Will or Testament, and that his sole and only heirs -
<br />at -law are Loyal Denman and Bernice Weinrich.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the personal property, not
<br />distributed, did pass and descend to Loyal Denman and Bernice Weinrich in equal shares to each;
<br />that the said estate should be closed and settled, and therefore, the said Loyal Denman is
<br />discharged as administrator, his bond released, and said estate is settled and closed.
