<br />KRESCENTIA STAUSS, DECEASED. — — — — — —
<br />On the 8th day of September, 1937, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed
<br />herein by George Stauss, administrator of the estate of Krescentia Stauss, deceased, and upon
<br />his application for the approval and allowance of said report, settlement of said estate and his
<br />discharge herein, and the Court, having examined the records and files herein, and being fully
<br />advised in the premises, finds as follows:
<br />That on the 23" day of February, 1937, George Stauss filed his petition in this Court in which
<br />he alleged, among other things, that Krescentia Stauss departed this life intestate on the 28th
<br />day of January, 1937 and at the time of her death was a resident and inhabitant of said County and
<br />State and was the owner of an estate to be administered in said County; that upon reading and
<br />filing of said petition an order was entered fixing the time and place for hearing the evidence
<br />in support of said petition, giving notice thereof to all persons interested by publishing said
<br />notice for three successive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper pub-
<br />lished and circulated in said County; that said hearing was held, as heretofore ordered by the
<br />Court, as by law required, and Letters of Administration were granted to George Stauss upon the
<br />filing of his bond in this Court, as required by law.
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the
<br />Court for filing claims against said estate by publication for three successive weeks in the
<br />Grand Island Daily Independent, as provided by law, and that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate, not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are forever
<br />barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />That said deceased departed this life leaving surviving her as her heirs at law and only
<br />heirs at law, legatees, devisees and persons entitled to share in her estate the following, to -wit:
<br />George Stauss, a son, Grand Island, Nebraska, Michael Stauss, a son, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />Julius Stauss, a son, Denver, Colorado, Frank Stauss, a son, Alda, Nebraska, Mary Boehl, a
<br />daughter, Grand Island, Nebraska, and Kathleen Bredemeier, a daughter, Grand Island, Nebraska, all
<br />of legal age.
<br />That said deceased died the owner of an estate situated in Hall County and Kimball County,
<br />Nebraska, consisting of real property as set out in the inventory filed herein, said real estate
<br />being described as follows:
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Six (6) in Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />Lot Four (4), Block Seventeen (17) in Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot Three (3), Block Seventeen (17) in Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot Two (2), Block Seventeen (17), Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot Seven (7), Block Six (6) in Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />Lot Eight U`,), Block Six (6) in Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />An undivided one -half (1) interest in and to the Southeast Quarter (SEJ) of Section Twenty -
<br />four (24) Township Sixteen Z16) North, Range Fifty -nine (59) West of the 6th P.M. in Kimball
<br />County, Nebraska. .
<br />That said real estate did pass and descend at the death of the deceased to the following named
<br />heirs, to -wit:
<br />George Stauss, Michael Stauss, Julius Stauss, Frank Stauss, Mary Boehl and Kathleen Bredemeier, an
<br />undivided one -sixth (1/6) interest therein, in equal shares.
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place for a hearing on
