that upon reading and <br />filing of said petition an order was entered fixing the time and place for hearing the evidence <br />in support of said petition, giving notice thereof to all persons interested by publishing said <br />notice for three successive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper pub- <br />lished and circulated in said County; that said hearing was held, as heretofore ordered by the <br />Court, as by law required, and Letters of Administration were granted to George Stauss upon the <br />filing of his bond in this Court, as required by law. <br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the <br />Court for filing claims against said estate by publication for three successive weeks in the <br />Grand Island Daily Independent, as provided by law, and that all persons having claims against <br />said estate, not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are forever <br />barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. <br />That said deceased departed this life leaving surviving her as her heirs at law and only <br />heirs at law, legatees, devisees and persons entitled to share in her estate the following, to -wit: <br />George Stauss, a son, Grand Island, Nebraska, Michael Stauss, a son, Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />Julius Stauss, a son, Denver, Colorado, Frank Stauss, a son, Alda, Nebraska, Mary Boehl, a <br />daughter, Grand Island, Nebraska, and Kathleen Bredemeier, a daughter, Grand Island, Nebraska, all <br />of legal age. <br />That said deceased died the owner of an estate situated in Hall County and Kimball County, <br />Nebraska, consisting of real property as set out in the inventory filed herein, said real estate <br />being described as follows: <br />Lot Five (5), Block Six (6) in Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; <br />Lot Four (4), Block Seventeen (17) in Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska; <br />Lot Three (3), Block Seventeen (17) in Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska; <br />Lot Two (2), Block Seventeen (17), Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska; <br />Lot Seven (7), Block Six (6) in Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska;
