Lewis Newmayer, sometimes known as Lewis- Neumayer, deceased, <br />DECREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT <br />OF HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />and Letters of Administration were duly issued by this Court to the said Albert H.Neumayer on the. <br />IN THE HATTER OF <br />THE ESTATE <br />OF <br />FINAL DECREE <br />LEWIS NEWIMAYER ( sometimes '•snow, -n <br />as LEWIS DiEUT•iAYER) , DECEASED <br />This matter corning on to be heard on this 4th day of October, 1;44, upon the Final Report of <br />Albert H. Lewis Newmayer, sometimes known as Lewis- Neumayer, deceased, <br />and that upon a hearing held upon said petition after notice was duly niven to all persons <br />interested in said estate, said estate was admitted to probate on the 2tth day of January, 1944, <br />and Letters of Administration were duly issued by this Court to the said Albert H.Neumayer on the. <br />Estate of Lewis Newmayer, soetimes known as Lewis Neumayer, deceased. <br />The Court further fines that <br />and place fixed by the Court for <br />time so fixed has fully expired, <br />filed within the time limited by <br />asserting any such claim against <br />allowed as proper claims and the <br />due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the three <br />filing claims against the estate of said deceased, and that the <br />and that all persons having claims against said estate and not <br />the Court are forever barred and excluded from setting up or <br />said estate; that all claims filed against said estate and <br />costs of these proceedings are paid. <br />CD <br />The Court further fines that the estate of the deceased is not subject to an inheritance tax <br />under the laws of the State of Nebraska, nor to a Federal Estate Tax under the laws of the United <br />States. <br />The Court further finds that the said Lewis Newmayer, sometimes known as Lewis Neumayer, <br />deceased, was possessed of the following described real estate in the State of Nebraska at the <br />time of his death, viz: <br />Lot One (1), Block Twenty-six (20"), Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that the wife of the said Lewis Newmayer, sometimes known as Lewis <br />Neumayer, preceded him in death, and that he left surviving him at the time of his death the <br />following heirs at law and only heirs at law, all of whom were at the time of legal age, viz: <br />Mabel Marsh, a da,,_?ghter, Harry G.Newmayer and Albert H.New.-mayer, sons; that no children preceded <br />him in death leaving children surviving them; that the said Harry G.Newmayer is also known as <br />Harry G.Neumayer, anc, that the said Albert H.Neurmayer is also known as Albert H.Neumayer, and that <br />said last name is spelled both ways but that the more common and usual spelling is "Neumayer". <br />The Court further fin:,s that the above described real estate passed and descended u ?ion the <br />death of the said Lew.Tis New,Pmayer, sometimes known as Lewis Neumayer, to Mabel Marsh, Harry G. <br />Neumayer anc; Albert H.Neumeyer, and to each of them an undivided one -third therein, share and <br />share ali ke, to have and to hold the same forever. <br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE CO?JRT that the Final Report of the said <br />Albert H. Neu:nalrer, Ad m 1 n!— strator of 'the Estate of Lewis Newmayer, sometimes k=,m as Lewis Neumayer, <br />deceased, be, and the same is in all things approved and allowed as and for the Final Report of <br />said Administrator, and that said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Administrator <br />discharged, and the sureties on his bond as such released from further liability, <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims <br />against said estate and not heretofore filed and allowed, if any such there by, are forever barred, <br />enjoined and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claim against said estate. <br />
