<br />Homer L.MeMeans,Deceased.
<br />This matter came on for hearing this 6th day of S.eptember,1944,upon the petition herein of Martha
<br />Lemons for a supplemental decree.
<br />The Court finds that the inventory filed in this estate proceeding described as belonging to
<br />deceased Fractional Lots 1 and 2,in Block No.6,in WNasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall Cotinty,Nebraska,but failed and omitted to include the complementary Fractional Lots 1 and 2
<br />in Fractional Block No.22 in kernohan and Decker's Addition to such city of Grand Island.
<br />The Court further finds that Homer L.McMeans,deceased herein,and Homer L.McMeans,the grantee in a
<br />deed -dated October 11,1887,as recorded in Book 6 on Page 548 of deed records of Hall County -,
<br />Nebraska,conveying Fractional Lots 1 and 2 in Fractional Block 22,Kernohan and Decker's Addition
<br />to such city of Grand lsland,were one and the same person.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,CONSIDERED,DECREED AND ADJUDGED that Homer L.McMeans,deceased,was one and the
<br />same person as Homer L.McMeans,grantee,in a deed to Fractional Lots 1 and 2,in Fractional Block
<br />22,Kernohan and Decker's Addition to the city of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,as recorded
<br />in Book 6 on page 548 of deed records of,Hall County,Nebraska,and as isomer L.McMeans,grantee in
<br />a deed to Fractional Lots 1 and 2,Block 6,Wasmer's Addition to such city of Grand Island,as. re-
<br />corded in Book 10 on Page 60 of deed records of Hall County,Nebraska.

<br />Ella Dean, Deceased.
<br />Now, on this 20th day of July, 1944, this cause came on for hearing upon the pleadings and the
<br />evidence, and was submitted to the Court, and on consideration whereof the Court finds:
<br />That due and legal notice of this proceeding has been given to all persons interested in said
<br />matter, both creditors and heirs, as required by law.
<br />That all of the statements and allegations set forth in said petition are true:
<br />That said Ella Dean died, intestate, in Hall County, Nebraska, on the 14th day of June, 1906.
<br />That said Ella Dean, under the name of Ella May Dean, was seized and possessed at the time of
<br />her death, of the following described real estate:
<br />The west half of the southwest quarter of Section Thirty-one (31) in Township Eleven (11),
<br />North,Range Ten (10) West of 6th P.M., in Hall County, state of Nebraska.
<br />that said real estate constituted the homestead of said decedent.
<br />That no application has been made in the state of Nebraska for the appointment of an administra-
<br />tor of the estate of said deceased. .-
<br />That she left surviving her, as her sole and only heirs at law, the following:
<br />Mitchell K. Dean, husband,
<br />Wayne W. Dean a son
<br />,
<br />Reva M.Dean,(now Reva M.Montgomery) a daughter,
<br />all of legal age. That said Reva M.Dean was subsequently married to one Joseph Cope, from whom she
<br />was divorced, and subsequently married one H.S.Montgomery, and now goes under the name of Reva M.
<br />Montgomery.
