517 FINAL DECREE IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HAMILTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA In the Matter of the Estate ) Estate No. 2755 of ) FINAL DECREE. MARGARET JANE SORENSON, deceased. ) This cause came on for hearing on August 30, 1944, on the petition of Alice Clara Hunt, the Administratrix, for final settlement of this estate, said Administratrix being present in court in person and by Charles F.Adams, her attorney. It appearing to the satisfaction of the court that due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing has been given to all persons interested in said estate by publication, as provided by law, and that no objections thereto have been filed, the matter is thereupon submitted to the court. On consideration of the plead- ings, report and account herein, and the evidence, the court, being fully advised in the premises, finds as follows: 1. That Alice Clara Hunt, the Administratrix herein, should be charged with the sum of 424.11 and credited with the sum of $199.93 and that there now remains in her hands the sum of 225-18 which is shown by he- final report herein and which constitutes the remaining personal property assets of said estate, and that her report and account as such administratrix is true and correct and should be allowed and confirmed. 2. That due and legal notice to creditors of this estate has been given by publication, as provided by law, and that no claims or demands have been presented or filed against this estate and that a decree barring claims has been duly made and entered herein on August B, 1944. 3. That Margaret Jane Sorenson, the deceased herein, died intestate on March 14, 1944, and was at the time of her death a resident of Hamilton County, Nebraska, and that she left sur- viving her as her sole and only heirs at law and next of kin the following: D.Sorenson, widower, Phillips Nebraska. Joseph Albert Crumrine, bidney, Nebraska.. son, Alice Clara Hunt, daughter, Grand Island,Nebraska. Ida Iona Huffman, daughter, Gering, Nebraska. Stella Frances Bauder., daughter, Morrill, Nebraska. and that all of the above named persons are of full legal age and fully competent. 4. That said Margaret Jane Sorenson, the deceased herein, was at the time of her death, the owner in fee simple of the following described real estate, all of which remains undisposed of: Lot Seven (7) in Block Twenty -eight (28), of Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. and that the same did not constitute the homestead of the deceased, and that said real estate without condition. descends to the above named heirs at law in fee simple and 5. That Margaret Jane Sorenson, the deceased herein, is one and the same person as Margaret Jane Darr, the grantee in the warranty deed to the above described real estate from William Kelly and wife dated February 29, 1924, and recorded in Book 60 Page 418 of the deed records of Hall County, Nebraska, notwithstanding the discrepancy in names; that the first husband of the deceased herein was one George Crumrine who predeceased her and who was the father of all of her children, that she subsequently married one P.N.Darr and acquired title to the above described real estate while married to him, and that she subsequently, after the death of said P.N.Darr, married the above named D.Sorenson, surviving widower herein; that through inadvertance and by clerical error -� the name of the deceased herein was spelled Sorensen in the notice of petition and notice to creditors which was made and entered by this court and published as provided b law and that, notwithstanding this error, the real and true name of the deceased, herein is argaret Jane Sorenson. 6. That Margaret Jane Sorenson, the deceased herein, left no last will and testament and therefore died intestate; that all debts, costs of administration and fees herein have been fully paid and that the balance of the personal property now on hand and the above described real estate should be assigned to the above named heirs at law and next of kin as set forth above; and that neither this estate nor the distributive shares thereof are subject to any state or federal estate or inheritance tax. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of the administratrix herein be and the same is hereby a_llo -ed, approved and confirmed; that the above described real estate and the balance of the personal property now in hel. hands be and the same is hereby assigned to the above named heirs at law and next - "ofkin as set forth above; that upon delivery and payment thereof and filing of proper receipts evidencing the same, said administratrix herein shall be entitled to be discharged from her trust, and that she and the surety on her official bond be released from all liability thereon.
