<br />would be held at the office of the County Judge of Hamilton County, Nebraska, on the 20th day of
<br />June, 1944, at 2 o'clock P.M., and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was
<br />published. as ordered by this court.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 6th "day -of March, 1941, said Reuben Gustafson, Executor of
<br />said estate, filed in this Court his Inventory of the property of said estate, and that according
<br />to said inventory, the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described property, to-
<br />wit:
<br />An undivided one -half interest in and to Lot Five (5) of Lucas' Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska.
<br />The South -west Quarter of Section Twelve (12), Township Twelve (12) North,Range Five (5),
<br />West of the 6th P.M. in Hamilton County, Nebraska.
<br />and pe -sonal property of the approximate value of $3390.00.
<br />The Court further finds that according to the terms, conditions and provisions of said Last Will
<br />and Testament of said. deceased, said property was devised and bequeathed as follows:
<br />An undivided one - fourth thereof to Mary Reeb, his widow, she not being the mother of all of
<br />the children of said testator, and in addition thereto a life estate for and.during the term
<br />of her natural life in an.:to: said undivided one -half interest in and to Lot Five (5) of Lucas'
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Isla.nd,Nebraska.
<br />Legacies of $100 each to Ida Wurtz, Ernest G.Kroger and. Adolph Kroger, and the remainder of
<br />said estate, share and share alike, unto Sophie Schaepler, Fred Reeb,May Lindgren and Lillian
<br />Branting, and to their heirs and assigns forever.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 20th day of June, 1944, after due notice to creditors and
<br />the time having expired. for the filing of claims against this estate,this Court entered an order
<br />barring the filing of any and all claims against said, estate and excluding the holders thereof, if
<br />any, from setting up or asserting any such claims against this estate.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />The Court further finds that all claims filed. and allowed against this estate have been fully
<br />paid, and that the court costs and costs of administration, including the fees of said Executor
<br />and attorney's fees have been fully paid, and that the Final Report is true and correct in all
<br />respects and should be approved and allowed; that the promissory note of W.J.Kroger described in
<br />said Final Report is unliquidated., and passes under the heretofore stated terms and conditiond.
<br />of said Last Will of George F.Reeb as follows: an undivided one - fourth interest therein to Mary
<br />Reeb, and. an undivided 3/16 interest th -erein to each of the following: Sophie Schaepler, Fred Reeb,
<br />May Lindgren and Lillian Branting, and said Executor in to assign said note unto said parties;
<br />that there remains in the hands of said Executor, after paying attorneys and executors fees and
<br />a balance of court dosts, the sum of $2,938-79, which sum, according to the terms and provisions
<br />of said. Last Will and Testament, is payable as follows:
<br />To Ernest G.Kroger, Executor of the Estate
<br />having died subsequent to the death of
<br />To Ida 'durtz, in payment of legacy
<br />To Ernest G.Kroger, in payment of legacy
<br />To Adolph Kroger in payment of legacy

<br />and. that there is due and payable to the County Treasurers of Hamilton County and Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, no inheritance tax herein whatsoever.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of Reuben
<br />Gustafson, Executor, be and the same is hereby approved and, allowed as such; that Mrs. Lilly
<br />Branting named in the Last Will and Testament of said George F.Reeb, deceased, is in fact
<br />Lillian Branting so nnmed in this Decree; that the property described in paragraph Fifth hereof
<br />was devised and bequeathed according to the terms and conditions of said Last Will and Testament
<br />as hereinbefore found, and upon said Executor making payment of the remaining sum of $2,838.79
<br />in his hands in accordance with the findings of this Court set forth in paragraph Seventh hereof
<br />and filing receipts therefor with this Court, that he be discharged, his bond released and said
<br />estate fully administered, settled and closed.

<br />record thereof, now remaining in said Court; that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of
<br />the whole of said original record; that said Court had no clerk authorized to sign certificates in
<br />his own name, and that I have the legal custody and control of said original record; that said
<br />Court is a court of record, has a seal, and that said. seal is hereto affixed; and that the fore-
<br />going attestation is in due form, according to the lairs of the State of Nebraska.
