<br />was named Executor, and a petition offering said Will for probate, alleging that said George F.
<br />Reeb departed this life on January 19, 1944, in Hamilton County, Nebraska, and on the 26th da. of
<br />January, 1944, an order of this Court was made therein assigning the 19th day of February, 1944,
<br />at 10 o'clock A.X. in the County Court Room in-said County as the time and place for hearing
<br />said petition, proving said Will and admitting the same to probate and ordering that notice of
<br />the pendency of said petition and hearing thereon be given to all persons interested in said matter
<br />by publishing said notice in the Aurora News - Register, a legal newspaper printed in said County,
<br />for three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing, and it appears by proof on file that
<br />notice of said order was so given.
<br />The Court further finds that on the l9th day of February, 1944, upon verbal motion of the
<br />Executor, an order of this Court was entered continuing the hearing on the Petition of the Execu-
<br />tor offering said Will for probate to February 26, 194., at 10 o'clock A.M.
<br />THIRD.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 26th day of FebrVa.ry, 1944, said instrument was proven,
<br />allowed and admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of said George F.Reeb, deceased,
<br />which Last Will and Testament is in words as follows:
<br />We whose names are hereunto subscribed, do hereby certify that George F.Reeb, the Testator, he
<br />then being of sound mind and under no compulsion, subscribed his name to the foregoing instrument
<br />consisting of two pages, in our presence and in the presence of each of us, and at the same time
<br />and in our presence and hearing, declared the same to be his Last Will and Testament, and we at
<br />his special instance and request and in his presence and in the presence of each other, have
<br />hereunto subscribed our names as attesting witnesses.

<br />Court. That on the 26th day of February, A.D., 1944, said instrument to which this is attached
<br />was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the said George F.Reeb,
<br />deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />bond in the sum of $5,000.00 as ordered by this Court, which bond was furnished and approved;
<br />the Court further finds that said George F.Reeb, at the time of his death, was a married man
<br />and that he left the following heirs-at-law and only heirs -at -law, to -wit:

<br />Sophie Schaepler, a daughter
<br />May Lindgren, a. daughter
<br />Fred Reeb, a son
<br />all over the age of 21 years.
<br />FOURTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 26th day of February, 1944,,a.n order of this Court was
<br />made allowing creditors three months from and after the 17th day of March, 1944, in which to file
<br />their claims against said estate and said Executor one year in which to settle said estate, and
<br />further ordering that notice to creditors be published in the Aurora News - Register, a legal
<br />newspaper published and circulatin_ in Hamilton County, Nebraska, for three successive weeks
<br />prior to the 19th day of March 194+, and that a hearing on claims filed against said estate
<br />THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF GEORGE F.REEB
<br />I, George F.Reeb, of Grand Island,Nebraska, make this my Last Will hereby revoking all former
<br />Wills by me made.
<br />1.
<br />I appoint Mr. Reuben Gustafson of Hordville,.Nebra.ska, Executor of this Will.
<br />2.
<br />I direct that all funeral expenses, expenses of last sickness, expenses of administration
<br />and the probate of this Will, be paid out of my personal property.
<br />3•
<br />To my dearly beloved wife Mary Reeb, I give so much of my estate as the laws of Nebraska
<br />give her and she shall have the use of our home-in Grand Island so long as she may live. At her
<br />death said. premises shall go to my three children Mrs. Sophie Schaepler, Fred Reeb and May Lindgren
<br />and my ster- daughter Mrs. Lilly Bra.nting.
<br />4.
<br />I give and bequeath one - Hundred Dollars ($100.00) each to my step - children Mrs. Ida Wurtz,
<br />Ernest G.Kroger, Adolph Kroger, to them and to their respective heirs; I make no provision in
<br />this Will for my stepson William Kroger as I have already given him his full share during my
<br />lifet ime.
<br />I have made a division of my real estate with my wife and therefore have made no other or
<br />further provision for her in this Will.
<br />6.
<br />All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property, I give and devise and bequeath to my
<br />three children, Mrs.Sophie Schaepler, Fred Reeb, and Mrs. May Lindgren and my step- daughter Mrs.
<br />Lilly Branting, share and share alike, and to their heirs and assigns forever.

<br />It is my Will that Herbert F.Mayer, be retained as attorney to counsel and advise the
<br />Executor of this Will, add that he have charge of the legal end of the administration of my estate.
