<br />deceased; that the administratrix has waived any fees or compensation to which she is entitled as
<br />administratrix, and that she has paid to Wm.Suhr, attorney for said estate, the sum of $50.00 for
<br />his fees; that all other costs of administration have been paid.
<br />That the personal property of said deceased was insufficient to pay all of the debts, and that
<br />the heirs at law, Elaine Parry Witzenburg, and Beverly J.Parry Scott, from their own funds have
<br />paid. the balance of the claims filed herein.
<br />The Court further finds that said final report is true and correct and ought to be allowed as
<br />and for the final report of the administratrix.
<br />The Court further finds that the household furniture and personal effects have been distributed
<br />and delivered to said heirs at law, in equal shares.
<br />The Court finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place
<br />fixed for Ping claims against said estate and that the time so fixed has fully expired, and that
<br />all claims ti ave been settled and paid.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against the estate of
<br />Leslie F.Parry, deceased, if any such there be, and not filed herein, are forever barred and
<br />excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Elaine Parry Witzenburg, administratrix of said estate, be, and the same is hereby, approved and
<br />allowed as and for her final report, and said administratrix is hereby discharged and her bond
<br />released, and said estate is hereby settled and. closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate described as
<br />follows:
<br />All of Lot Two (2) in Block One Hundred Forty -seven (147) of Union Pacific Railway Company's
<br />Second Addition to the city of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, as the same is surveyed,
<br />platted, and recorded,
<br />did pass and descend, under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska, to the sole and only
<br />heirs at law of Leslie F.Parry,deceased; Elaine Parry Witzenburg Pnd. Beverly J.Parry Scott, in
<br />equal shares, subject to the mortgage of The Equitable Building and Loan Association, and subject
<br />to the life estate of Mary Jacoby.

<br />At a. session of the Count Court held in and for said Bounty of Hamilton and State of Nebraska,
<br />this 11th day of August, 1941.
<br />Present: Ivan M.Bengtzon, County Judge.
<br />BE IT REMEMEBERED, that on the 15th day of July, 1944, Reuben Gustafson, Executor of the estate
<br />of George F.Reeb, deceased., filed in this Court his final account as such Executor and a petition
<br />praying that said account be allowed, for a decree of heirship, an order of distribution,a final
<br />settlement thereon and discharge.
<br />For these purposes the 11th day of August, 1944, at 2 o'clock P.M. at the County Court Room in
<br />said. County was assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition, examining and allowing
<br />said accouh ;;and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of said petition be given to all
<br />persons interested in said estate by publishing such notice in the Aurora News -- Register, a legal
<br />nespaper printed in said County, for three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing; and it
<br />appears by proof on file that said notice was given as ordered by Court and that no objections to
<br />said final account have been made or filed.
<br />Upon examination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being duly advised in the
<br />premises, the Court finds as follows:
<br />FIRST.
<br />That George F.Reeb, departed this life on the 19th day of January, 1944, at his residence in
<br />Hamilton County, Nebraska, testate, and at the time of his death he was a resident of Hamilton
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />SECOND.
<br />That on the 26th day of January, 1944, Reuben Gustafson filed in this Court an instrument
<br />purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of said George F.Reeb, deceased, wherein said petitioner
