<br />passed and descended, under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska, upon the death of said
<br />Lena Claussen, deceased, to her sole and only heirs at law, to -wit:

<br />Anna Lillienthal,
<br />Minnie Behring,
<br />Amanda Schuett.,
<br />Mary Schultz,
<br />Ella Hargens,
<br />Edward Claussen,
<br />Emma Tagge, and
<br />Edith Tagge,
<br />sons and, daughters, share and share alike.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DECREED that the time for filing claims against said estate has fully
<br />expired, and that all persons, if any such there be, having claims against said estate, and not
<br />filed herein, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting such claims against said
<br />estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Lena Claussen is one and the same person as Sophie
<br />Magdalene Claussen, and that Hans Jacob Claussen was the husband of said Sophia Magdalena Claussen,
<br />and that in his last will and testament said Hans Jacob Claussen devised the aforesaid described
<br />real estate to Sophia Magdalena Claussen, his widow, and that Lena Claussen herein referred to and
<br />the said Sophia Magdalena Claussen is one and the same person, notwithstanding the discrepancy
<br />In names.

<br />Now, on this 16th day of August, 1944, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of Elaine Parry Witzenburg, administratrix of said estate, and the Court having examined the
<br />records and files and being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice
<br />has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing
<br />upon said report.
<br />The Court, having examined the final report, together with all other files and the testimony
<br />offered in support thereof, finds that said report is true and correct in all things and ought
<br />to be allowed.and approved as and for the final report of said administratrix.
<br />The Court finds that Leslie F.Parry departed this life on the 16th day of January, 1944, and
<br />that he was at that time a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that a petition was
<br />filed for the appointment of an administrator, and after due and legal notice had been given of
<br />the date fixed for hearing, said petition, letters of administration were issued to Elaine Parry,
<br />who duly qualified as such, and that said Elaine Parry-subsequently married and her name now is
<br />Elaine Parry Witzenburg.
<br />That said Leslie F.Parry at the time of his death was the owner of the following described real
<br />estate, to -wit:
<br />All of Lot 2 in Block 147 of Union Pacific Railway Company's second Addition to the city
<br />of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, as same is surveyed, platted, and recorded,
<br />subject to a mortgage to The Equitable Building and Loan Association, and subject to the life
<br />estate of Mary Jacoby.
<br />The Court further finds that said Leslie F.Parry left surviving him, as lath sole and only
<br />heirs at law, two daughters, Elaine Parry, now Elaine Parry Witzenburg, and Beverly J.Parry
<br />Scrtt; that the wife of Leslie F.Parry preceded said Leslie F.Parry in death; that under the
<br />laws of descent of the state of Nebraska, all of the right, title and interest of said Leslie F.
<br />Parry in the above described real estate passed and descended to the aforesaid daughters, subject
<br />to the mortgage and life estate as aforesaid.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate is not subject to inheritance tax under the laws of
<br />the state of Nebraska; that the administratrix has paid all the funeral expenses and debts of the
