<br />I,Charles Woelz, of the city of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and
<br />memory, blessed be God for the same, but realizing the uncertainty of this mortal life, do hereby
<br />make, publish and declare this, my last will and testament;
<br />1.
<br />I hereby name, appoint and designate my brother, John Woelz, of Grand Island,Nebraska, executor
<br />of this will.

<br />I direct my executor to pay all my subsisting debts, including the cost of administration as
<br />soon as possible after my death, and so far as possible, from my personal property.

<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter, Eleanor Woelz, of Grand Island, lebraska,
<br />all the rest, residue and remainder of my property, real, personal or mixed, and wherever situated,
<br />of which I shall die seized or possessed, to have and to hold forever.

<br />I hereby revoke any and all twills by me made.

<br />22nd day of January, 1944, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Charles
<br />Woelz, deceased, was filed for ,probate in this Court. That on the 18th day of February, 1944, said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Charles Woelz deceased, and the same

<br />Now on this 30th day of August, 1944, this cause came on to be heard upon the Final Report of
<br />John Woelz, Executor, and the approval thereof icy Eleanor Woelz Reinhart, and the Court, after
<br />having examined the records and files in this cause, finds that due notice of the filing of said
<br />Final Report has been given in the manner and form provided by law; that Eleanor Woelz Reinhart,
<br />the sole residuary legatee and devisee, has filed her consent thereto, and there being no object-
<br />ions on file, the Court, after having examined the records and files, finds that said Final
<br />Report is in all things true and correct; that the said executor has therein accounted for all
<br />the assets of the said Charles Woelz, deceased, that have come into his knowledge or possession;
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said Final Report be and the
<br />same is hereby approved.
<br />The Court further finds that the time fixed for filing claims has long since elapsed; that no
