<br />I; Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that
<br />on the 29th day of July, 19441 duly authenticated copy of an instrument purporting to be the last
<br />will and testament of Henry Godfrey Hanssen, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That
<br />on the 26th day of August, 1944, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly
<br />proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said
<br />Henry Godfrey Hanssen, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the
<br />Court aforesaid.

<br />HENRY GODFREY HANSSEN, DECEASED. ) _
<br />This cause came on to be heard this 26th day of August 1944 .'upon the pleadings, the record
<br />herein, and the evidence and was submitted to the Court on consideration whereof the Court finds
<br />that proper and legal notice was given to all persons interested in said estate, both creditors
<br />and heirs, in the manner provided by law and in accordance with the orders of this court.
<br />The Court further finds that the allegations of the petitioner are true; that the last will
<br />and testament of such Henry Godfrey Aanssen, deceased, was duly probated and allowed in. the
<br />County Court of Tarrant County, State of Texas, that being the Court having jurisdiction of the
<br />probate of estates in said State of Texas; that a duly authenticated copy of said will and of the
<br />probate thereof has been produced and filed herein, and that more than two years have elapsed since
<br />the date of the death of said Henry Godfrey Hanssen, and that petitioner, Ella P.Hanssen and the said
<br />Mrs. H.G.Hanssen named in said will are identical, being one and the same person, is entitled to the
<br />relief prayed for in the petition.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that the regular administration of said
<br />estate in this State be, and the same hereby is dispensed with and said will is hereby admitted
<br />to probate and allowed as the Last Will and Testament of the said Henry Godfrey Hanssen, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds and decrees that the estate of the said Henry Godfrey Hanssen, deceased,
<br />shall descend free of all debts against the decedent in accordance with the terms of said will and
<br />that si)ch estate and in particular a tract of land described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the northwest corner of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of
<br />Section Thirty -two (32), in Township Eleven (11) North of Range Nine (9),West of 6th P.M.,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska; thence rznning south 240 rods; thence east 53 1/3 rods; thence
<br />north 240 rods* thence west 53 1/3 rods to the place of beginning, being a part of Section
<br />thirty-two (321, in Township Eleven (11) North of Range Nine (9) West, and a part of Section
<br />Five 15) in Township Ten (10) North of Range Nine (9) West of 6th P.M., in said Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />is hereby assigned to the devisee and legatee therein named under the provision of said will as
<br />follows, to -wit: Mrs. H.G.Hanssen, whose real and true name is Ella P.Hanssen.
