THEAUGUSTINECO. 20112.2.41 <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JA11ES Iv..BLACK,DECEASED, with the original record thereof,how <br />remaining in said Court,that the same is a correct transcript thereof,and of the whole of such <br />original record;that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal,which seal is hereto attached; <br />that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name,and that I am the <br />legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court,and that the foregoing attestation <br />is in due form of law. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, at <br />Grand island, this 28th day of August 1944. <br />(SEAL) Charles Bossert <br />County Jud e <br />Filed for record this 28 clay of August,1944,at 10 o'clock A.M. � / <br />Register of Deeds <br />-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-oo-o- <br />WILL AND DECREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF <br />IN THE ESTATE OF ) No. 13351 TARRANT' COUNTY, TEXAS <br />HENRY GODFREY HANSSEN, DECEASED ) SITTING IN PROBATE <br />This the 18th day of October, 1937, came on to be heard the application of Mts.H.G.Hanasen, a <br />resident of Tarrant County, Texas, for the probate of .a certain instrument in writing dated the <br />rd day of May, 1914, and now produced in Court, being filed herein with said application on the <br />th day of October, 1937, purporting and, alleged to be the last will of Henry Godfrey Hanssen, <br />Deceased, and due proof being taken in the manner required by law, and it being proved to the <br />satisfaction of the Court that this Court has jurisdiction of this estate, that citation has been <br />duly issued, served and returned in the manner and. length of time required by law; that the testa- <br />tor, Henry Godfrey Hanssen, at the time of executing said Will was more than twenty -one years of <br />age; was of sound mind.; and died on the 30th day of September, 1937, at Fort Worth, Tarrant County, <br />Texas; that such testator executed such will with the solemnity and fomalities required by law; <br />that the same has not been revoked by said testator, and that it is entitled to probate; and it <br />further appearing that the applicant, Mrs. H.G.Hanssen, was named in said will as executrix and <br />is entitled by law to letters, and is not disiqualified by law from accepting letters: <br />It is, therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the said will on file herein be and the <br />same is hereby admitted to probate and recorded as the last will and testament of the said H.G. <br />Hanssen, deceased, and the testimony given in this proceeding shall be recorded in the Minutes of <br />this Court; and that Mrs. H.G.Hanssen, applicant herein, receive letters testamentary upon her <br />taking oath required by law; and when the said Mrs. H.G.Hanssen shall have qualified according <br />to law the Clerk of this Court shall issue letters in accordance with this judgment. <br />It is further ORDERED that Geo. E.Chollar, Lois Newam and Harrold C.Atkins, be and they are <br />hereby appointed appraisers to appraise the estate of said Henry Godfrey Hanssen, Deceased. <br />Dave Miller, <br />Judge. <br />I, Henry Godfrey Hanssen of the County of Harrison, State of Texas, being sound in mind <br />& memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills <br />that I have made previous to this date. <br />FIRST. I give & bequeath absolute and in fee simple all my property, real & pef'sonal, and of <br />every kind to - my wife, Mrs. H.G.Hanssen. <br />SECOND. I appoint my wife Mrs. H.G.Hanssen independent executor of this will and my estate, <br />and ask that no bond be required to said executor for the faithful performance of same, and no <br />administration be had on my estate by any Court, save & except the probate of this Will, and the <br />filing of an inventory of my estate. <br />THIRD.
