<br />IN THE COUNTY COUNT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />IN THE MATTER BF THE ESTATE OF ) F I N A L D E C R E E
<br />GEORGE WILLIAM GREENFIELD, DECEASED. ) - - - - - - - - - - -
<br />Now, on this 16th day of August, 194-11, this matter came on to be heard upon the final account
<br />of the administrator, H.P.Zieg, and the petition for the settlement thereof and the evidence, and
<br />was submitted to the Court, on consideration whereof the Court finds that said account is in all
<br />respects just, true, and correct, that the items of receipt therein set forth are the total receipts
<br />for the said administrator of said estate and that the list of items paid out, of said report,were
<br />and are all proper charges against said. estate.
<br />The Court further finds that there is one daughter, Mrs. Leona Jones Tady, of Denver, Colorado,
<br />and one son, John Warren Greenfield, of Denver, Colorado, and that both heirs are of legal age:
<br />The Court further f�nds that there is a balance of No Dollars, and that the real estate described
<br />as: All of Lot Ten (10 , Block Six (6), Evans Addition to the City of Grand.1sland,Nebraska., has been
<br />sold, and a deed properly signed by Mrs. Leona Jones Tady,.daughter, and John Warren Greenfield, son,
<br />the sole and only heirs at law of said estate, and that said estate is not subject to any inheritance
<br />tax.
<br />The Court further finds that the claim of the administrator in the sum of x$50.00 for his com-
<br />mission, is pursuant to the statutes and is hereby allowed, and that the sum ^f $94.60 is hereby
<br />allowed. to John F.McCarthy, in probating the estate of George William Greenfield, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that Hall County, has filed a claim against the estate in the amount of
<br />$1749.29. The Court further finc_s that the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, in regular
<br />session, has adopted the fcl oT�,ring resolution, as follows, to -wit:
<br />RESOLUTION
<br />WHEREAS, George ? "William Greenfield, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, died on or about
<br />the 20th d.ay of February, 1943, a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska.; and
<br />WHEREAS, it appears from said estate procedure that said, estate consists of a small piece of
<br />real estate in Evans Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, and that this property has been
<br />sold and. that there was no nerscnal property; and
<br />WHEREAS, said George William Greenfield had been given relief in the form of Old Age Assistance
<br />in the amo.znt of $1749.21; and
<br />WHEREAS, it appears that there are other claims against said estate, some preferred claims and
<br />some general claims which consist of Court Costs and. the expenses of administrativn, which total
<br />the sum of $174.60; and
<br />WHEREAS, it appears this was the proper procedure of said Hall County against said estate; and
<br />WHEREAS, said prone-ty has been sold.
<br />NO'. °J, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF HALL CO,TNIT'Y, STATE OF NEBRASKA,
<br />that t'e claim of $1749.29 be, and is, hereby reduced to $125.40, and that a copy of this resolution
<br />be forl.irarded. to the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />The Court further finds that the sum of $125.40 is available to satisfy the compromise settlement
<br />as shown in the resolution contained herein.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said final account and report
<br />of said administrator be, and it is allowed and ap-roved; that all debts of the estate have been
<br />paid, anc9 all costs and expenses of administration have been fully paid; that there is no inheri-
<br />tance or succession due the State of Nebraska., and no federal estate tax, so fir as known due the
<br />United States; that all the debts end claims against said estate not filed. or allowed, if any there
<br />be, are barred and all such creditors, if any there be, having such unfit ed debts or claims against
<br />said, estate, are forever enjoined from setting up s,.ach claims against s -`id estate, and that all of
<br />said -oroperty belongin to said estate, passes, under operation of law to Mrs. Leona Jones Tady
<br />anc John Warren Greenfield, the sole and only heirs at laT "T, share and share alike; that said. estate
<br />is fully completed -.nd settled, and that said administrator and his bondsmen Trill be discharged.
