<br />I,Charles Bossert;, Judge of the County Court, in and for sa.id County, do hereby certify that on
<br />the 3rd day of February, 194 -4, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />Patience G.Bush deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the lst day of March, 1944,
<br />said. instrument to which this certificate is attached. was duly proved_, probated and allowed as the
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Patience G.Bush,deceased, and the
<br />same Ywa.s ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />PATIENCE G.BUSH, DECEASED. )
<br />Now on this 9th day of August, 1944, this matter came on to be heard on the final account
<br />and petition for discharge of William E.Bush, executor of the estate of Patience G.Bush, deceased.,
<br />and for the distribution of the personal property of said estate, the assignment of the real estate
<br />of said estate and the evidence, and was submitted to the Court on consideration whereof the Court
<br />finds that due and legal notice of the time and place of hearing on said final aced unt and petition
<br />for discharge has been given to all persons interested in said estate, as provided by law. There-
<br />upon the Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds as follows:
<br />1.
<br />That the said final account of the said William E.Bush, Executor of the estate of said Patience
<br />G.Bush, deceased, is in all respects, jest, true, and. correct; that due notice to creditors has been
<br />given; that all claims allowed against said estate have been duly paid and satisfied, and that said
<br />estate is now solvent; that said estate is not s,)bject to federal or state inheritance tax.

<br />That on final settlement of the estate, there will be due this Court, the sum of $30.00;
<br />that the executor is entitled to receive and is hereby allowed, the sum of $50.00, for h1s com-
<br />mission pursuant to the statutes; that the sum of $50.00, be and is hereby allowed to Zohn F.
<br />McCarthy, for his fee, as attorney in probating the will of the testatrix and condl_zcting proceed -
<br />ings for the settlement of said. estate.

<br />That after the payment of all debts, legacies, court costs, executor's fees, and attorney's
<br />fees, said executor has on hand the s,.),m of No Dollars.
<br />1V.
<br />The Court further finds treat said. deceased was the fee owner at the time of her death, of the
<br />following described real estate, to -?wit:
<br />Lot One,Block Twelve,Clarkson's First Addition to Aida, Nebraska,
<br />which, according to the terms and provisions
<br />tends and. is assigned as follows, to- ?:wit: "I
<br />Virgil E.Bush, all of the real estate herein
<br />Will and Testament, and more specifically de
<br />home during his lifetime and u? )on his death
<br />estate hereinafter described in this. "THIRD'
<br />of the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, des -
<br />give, :devise and bequeath to my beloved husband,
<br />set out in -this "THIRD" paragraph of this, my Last
<br />scribed below, as a life estate only, he to have a
<br />then I give, devise and bequeath all of the said real
<br />paragraph, as follows:
<br />(1) I give, devise, and bequeath lznto my son, William E.Bush, my house and lot in Aida,
<br />Nebraska, in Clarkson's Addition, and all of the contents in the house, absolutely
<br />and forever.
<br />(2) I give, devise, and bequeath unto my son, Frank B.Bush, One Dollar, ($1.00).
<br />(3) I give, devise and beq,.1eath unto my daughter, Lottie H.Tompkins, One Dollar,($1.00).
<br />All of the above bequests, however, being subject to a life estate only in my beloved husband,
<br />Virgil E.Bush, as set out above at the beginning of the "THIRD" paragraph, of this, my Last
<br />CD
<br />Will and Testa.ment."
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final account
<br />of said William E.Bush, executor of the estate of Patience G.Bush, deceased, be and-the same is
<br />hereby in all things approved, confirmed., and allowed.; that the real estate did descend as by will
<br />provided; that upon the payment of the costs of administration and of allowances, the special
<br />legacies, and the delivery of the personal property and the possession of the real estate, and
<br />upon the filing in this Court of the receipts of the heirs and legatees for their re`sTective
<br />bequests and legacies, the said William E.Bush will be discharged from his trust as executor of
<br />said estate and the sureties on his official bond will be released.
