<br />I, Patience G.Bush, of Aida, Hall County, Nebraska., make, publish, and declare this instrument
<br />as and.for my last Will and Testament, and I hereby revoke any and all former wills by me executed.
<br />FIRST.
<br />I hereby appoint William E.Bush, of Aida, Hall County, Nebraska, as executor of this, my last
<br />Will and Testament.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I direct my executor to �Doy all my just debts, including the expenses of my last sickness and
<br />death, and, the expenses incident to the probate of this will from my personal property as soon
<br />after my death as is reasonably convenient.

<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved husband, Virgil E.Bush, all of the real estate herein
<br />set out in this "THIRD" paragraph of this, my last Will and Testament, and more specifically des-
<br />cribed below, as a life estate only, he to have a home during his life time and upon his death,
<br />then I give, devise and bequeath all of the said real estate hereinafter described in this "THIRD')
<br />paragraph, as follows:
<br />(1) I give, devise, and bequeath unto my son, William E.Bush, my house and lot in Aida,
<br />Nebraska, in Clarkson's Addition, and all of the contents in the house. Absolutely
<br />and forever.
<br />(2) I give, devise, and bequeath unto my son, Frank B.Bush, One Dollar, ($1.00).
<br />(3) I give, devise and. bequeath unto my daughter, Lottie H.Tompkins, One Dollar, ($1.00).
<br />All of the above bequests, however, being subject to a life estate only in my beloved husband,
<br />Virgil E.Bush, as set out above at the beginning of the "THIRD" paragraph, of this, my last Will
<br />and Testament:
