<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
<br />I, Orlando O.Orndoff of Cairo in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound mind
<br />and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make,
<br />ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executors hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and
<br />funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise, and bequeath all
<br />of my property, whether real or personal, whereever foland to these my children,; share and share
<br />alike, viz;

<br />the husband of said Maud E.Alden, deceased; that Warren H.Alden is the 11arren Harrison Alden
<br />named in the above - described Last Will and Testament of said Maud E.Alden, deceased; and that
<br />Velma Ralph is the Velma Alden Ralph named in the Last Will and Testament of said Maud E.Alden,
<br />deceased.
<br />I ^1 IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of M.J.
<br />Alden, Executor, be and the same is hereby ap?�roved and allowed as such; that the real estate
<br />described in paragranh Fifth hereof erns devised according to the terms and conditions of the
<br />Last Will and Testament of said Maud E.Alden, deceased, unto Malverd J.Alden, Warren H.Alden
<br />and Velma Ralph, share and share alike, and that the personal property described in paragraph
<br />Fifth hereof taq.s bequeathed and b,y virt-l.e of the Assignment hereinbefore referre(9 to, passed
<br />unto Warren H.Alden 'and Velma. Ralph,share and share alike; that said Executor has made full
<br />and complete distribution of the assets of this estate, receipts for which are on file in this
<br />Court herein and. that said estate has been fully administered and said M.J.Alden therefore hereby
<br />is discharged, his bond released and said estate fully administered, settled and closed.

<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint Gracie A.Denman and Jesse O.Orndoff to be executors of
<br />this. my last will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made and to serve as
<br />such without bond..
