<br />The Court further finds that there are no personal assets of the said Lloyd M.Howe, deceased, in
<br />the hands of the administratrix for distribution.
<br />The Court further finds that the er,)enses of last illness, funeral expenses and expenses of
<br />administering the estate, including court costs and attorney fees, have been paid in full.
<br />The Court further finds that the time fixed for filing claims has long since elapsed and that
<br />no claims have been filed in said estate.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims not now on file be
<br />and the same are hereby forever barred.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to federal estate tax or state inheri-
<br />tance tax.
<br />The Court further finds that Mary E.howe, the widow and the administratrix, has agreed to accept
<br />the automobile in lieu of her widow's allowance and the exemptions allowed her by statute and her
<br />fees as administratrix.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the automobile, to -wit, one
<br />1941 DeLuxe Chevrolet Club sedan, be and the same is hereby set off to Mary E.howe to be hers ab-
<br />solutely.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Mary E.Hcwe has recelpted for the widows allowance and
<br />the exemptions allowed to her by statute- and her fees as administratrix.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the said Mary E.Howe, Adminis-
<br />tratrix, be and she is hereby discharged as administratrix and her bond released.
<br />The Court further finds th ^t the said Lloyd M.Howe died intestate a resident of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on January 20, 1944; that he left as his sole and only heirs at law, his widow, Mary E.
<br />Howe, and two daughters, Mary H.Prescott and Anne H.Hungerford, who is sometimes known and described
<br />as Anna H.Hungerford.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Lloyd M.Howe is one and the same person with respect to
<br />all the real estate hereinafter described, as L.M.Howe.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Lloyd M.Howe was at the time of his death the owner of the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The south Half of the Northwest Quarter (S2NW14); the North Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(N2 SW,); t:'le Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NWJ SE-41); and the southwest
<br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SWJ NE4); all in Section Seventeen (17), Township Ten
<br />(10),North,Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />An undivided one -half interest in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NWT NWi)
<br />of Section Five (5), Township Nine (9), North,Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />An undivided two- sevenths (2 /7ths) interest in the South Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(S2 SE10 of Section Thirty (30), Township Eleven (11), North,Range Twelve (12),West of the
<br />6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, except five acres deeded to one Joseph Newton.
<br />An undivided one -fifth (1 /5th) interest in the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (ShNA)
<br />of Section Eight (8), Township Ten (10), North,Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the South half of the Northwest Quarter (S2 NWT) and the North
<br />Half of the Southwest Quarter (N� S144) of Section Seventeen ('17), Township Ten (10), North,Range
<br />Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, was the home and homestead of the said
<br />Lloyd M.Howe and his widow, Mary E.Howe, and the same is hereby set off unto the said Mary E.Howe
<br />as her homestead.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the said above described real
<br />estate did upon the death of the said Lloyd M.Howe pass and descend by operation of law to Mary
<br />E.Howe, Mary H.Prescott and Anne H.Hungerford as tenants in common, share and share alike, subject
<br />to the homestead interest of the said Mary E.kowe, and the same.is hereby set off unto them.
