<br />In the event of my death
<br />paid out of my Estate.
<br />I, Jerome O.Hieff elf nger of Gra
<br />memory but not unmindful of the
<br />last Will and Testament, hereby
<br />declare this to be my last Will
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that all my just debts

<br />revoking any and all former wills by me
<br />and Testament.
<br />and funeral expenses shall be first
<br />FOUR.
<br />After the life use of my wife shall terminate, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved
<br />daughter Daisy Langman all my real estate and personal property and property of every kind and
<br />nature whatsoever and wherever situated, to her and to her heirs and assigns forever, in the
<br />event of the death of my daughter Daisy Langman prior to my death, leaving children surviving
<br />then the property herein devised to her is devised to her children share and share alike. This
<br />provision shall be construed in connection with provision number five of this Will.
<br />FIVE.
<br />In giving to my wife the lire use of all property which I may own at the time of my death,
<br />except said sum of $100.00, it is my wish, desire and intention by said provision that she is
<br />to have the free use of same and necessary means therefrom for her support, and for that purpose
<br />I direct that she shall have authority to sell and dispose of any property of which I may own at
<br />the time of my death either real or personal, may convert same into other property having full
<br />confidence in the fact that my said wife will keep said property or the proceeds thereof intact
<br />so far as she can after using a reasonable amount thereof for her support,
<br />SIX
<br />I hereby designate and request the appointment of my wife Linda Heffelfinger as Executrix of
<br />this my last Will and Testament, and request that no bond be required.
<br />IN WITNESS of the execution of the foregoing Will I have hereunto set my hand on this 13th
<br />day of January, A.D. 1919, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and caused the same
<br />to be attested by competent witnesses.

<br />We, the undersigned hereby certify that on this 13th day of January, A.D. 1919, we were
<br />requested by Jerome O.Heffelfinger, to witness his execution of the foregoing Will. He signed
<br />same in our presence and we at his request signed the same in his presence and in the presence
<br />of each other as witnesses thereto. We further certify that he thereupon declared same to be
<br />his last Will and Testament and we believe
<br />tae ;love that he was of sound mind and. disposing memory at said time.

<br />O.Heffelfinger, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 27th day of August,
<br />1936, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Jerome O.Heffelfinger
<br />deceased., and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 20th day of July, 1944, this cause came on to be heard upon the Final Report of
<br />B.J.Cunningham, Administrator with Will Annexed of the estate of Jerome O.Heffelfinger, deceased;
<br />after due notice of the filing of said Report and of the time and the place fixed for the hearing
<br />thereon as provided by law and the Order of this Court, and no one having appeared to object or
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto
<br />my beloved daughter Daisy Langman
<br />the sum'of $100.00 to be
<br />paid to her at the time of my death.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto
<br />my beloved wife Linda Heffelfinger,
<br />the life use of all the
<br />rest and residue of my estate both real and personal to enjoy the same
<br />as long as she shall live,
<br />the intention being hereby that she
<br />the said Linda Heffelfinger shall
<br />have the life use of all of
<br />my property of every kind and nature
<br />whatsoever and wherever situated,
<br />and all the rents, issues,
<br />profits and interests therefrom for
<br />her use as long as she shall live,
<br />and this provision shall
<br />be construed in connection with provision number five of this Will.
