<br />of ) DECREE
<br />LINDA HEFFELFINGER, Deceased ) Case No. 2315
<br />Now on this 20th day.of July, 1944, this cause came on to be heard upon the Final Report of
<br />B.J.Cunningham, Administrator De Bonis Non of the estate of Linda Heffelfinger, deceased; after due
<br />notice of the filing of said Report and of the time and the place fixed for the hearing thereon as
<br />provided by law and the Order of this Court, and no one having appeared to object or protest the
<br />allowance thereof, the said Report is approved and allowed.
<br />And after a full examination of said Report, the Court being duly advised in the premises, finds
<br />that the same is correct in every respect and ought to be allowed; that the Administrator De Bonis
<br />Non has accounted for all property of said deceased coming into his hands or under.his control and
<br />that there remains no money or other personal property in his possession for distribution.
<br />The Court finds that due notice was given to all creditors of said deceased, as to the time
<br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate; that the time so allowed for
<br />filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been
<br />paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against said deceased, or her estate not filed
<br />in this office within the time allowed for filing claims, if any such exist, are therefore forever
<br />barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore considered by the Court that the Report of the said B.J.Cunningham,Administrator
<br />De Bonis Non of said estate, be and the same is approved and allowed as for his final account,
<br />and he is discharged of his trust and his bond released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT 'that all persons are forever barred
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Linda Heffelfinger, deceased.
<br />The Court finds that the said Linda Heffelfinger departed this life on the 16th day of March
<br />1933; that at the time of her death, she was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and she left a Last Will and Testament, which instrument was duly allowed, aprroved, and admitted
<br />to probate in this Court on the 11th day of April, 1933, and recorded in this office; that Jerome
<br />O.Heffelfinger ?.eras named executor under said Will and that the said Jerome O.iieffelfinger departed
<br />this life on July 19, 1936; that said Will and estate had not been completed, was still vending,
<br />and that B.J.Cunningham was duly appointed Administrator De Bonis Non of said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Linda Heffelfinger was, at the time of her death, the
<br />owner in fee simple title of Lot Five (5) in Block Seven (7) in the Original Town, now City, of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and. under the terms and ;_provisions of the Last Will and Testa-
<br />ment of the said Linda Heffelfinger, the above described real estate did pass and descend to Daisy
<br />Langma.n subject to a life estate bequeathed to Jerome O.Heffelfinger, husband of the said Linda
<br />Heffelfinger.
<br />The Court further finds that all claims filed against said estate have been fully paid, that
<br />the legacy provided for under said Will ha.s been paid, that the funeral expense, expense of the
<br />last illness, and costs of probate of said Will h<n.ve been paid, that said estate is not subject
<br />to inherit,�nce tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska or of the United States.
<br />The Court further finds that said. real estate was conveyed to the said Linda Heffelfinger under
<br />the name of Linda A.Heffelfinger, but that the said Linda Heffelfinger and Linda A.Heffelfinger .
<br />is one and the same person.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED 13Y THE COURT that all right, title, and interest
<br />of the said Linda Heffelfinger in and to the above described real estate did pass'and descend to
<br />Daisy Langman in absolute title, subject only to the _life estate bequeathed to Jerome O.Heffelfinger;
<br />that said real estate is hereby awarded to them in accordance with said Will; that the personal
<br />property remaining in the hands of the Administrator De Bonis Non has been paid to the residuary
<br />legatee, Daisy Langman; that said estate is hereby closed and. settled, and the Administrator De
<br />Bonis Non is hereby discharged and his bond released.

<br />DECEASED, irtTith the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct
<br />transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record
<br />having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign
<br />certificates in his o1.,zn name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of
<br />said. Court and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
