<br />At a Session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand Island, in said County,

<br />I' Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />the 21st day of March, 1933, the instrument purporting to be'the last will and testament of Linda
<br />Heffelfinger, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 11th day of April, 1933,
<br />said. instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Linda Heffelfinger deceased, and the
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />of sound mind and memory but not unminful of possibilities of death c o mafe,
<br />declare and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former wills by
<br />Testament.
<br />me made, and I hereby solemnly declare this to be my last will and
<br />FIRST.
<br />In the event of my death I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first
<br />paid out of my Estate.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Daisy Langman the sum of $100.00 to be
<br />paid to her at the time of my death.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved husband Jerome O.Heffelfinger, the life use of all
<br />the rest and residue of my estate both real and personal to Enjoy the same as long as he shall
<br />live, the intention being hereby that he the said Jerome O.Heffelfinger shall have the life use of
<br />all of my property of every kind and nature whatsoever and wherever situated and all the rents,
<br />issues, profits and interests therefrom for his use as long as he shall live, and this provision
<br />shall be construed in connection with provision number five of this Will.
<br />FOUR.
<br />After the life use of my husband shall terminate, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved
<br />daughter Daisy Langman all my real estate and personal property and property of every kind and
<br />nature whatsoever and wherever situated, to her, and to her heirs and assigns forever, in the event
<br />of the death of my daughter Daisy Langman prior to my death, leaving children surviving then the
<br />property herein devised to her is devised to her children share and share alike. This provision
<br />shall be construed in connection with provision number five of this Will.
<br />FIVE.
<br />In giving to my husband the life use of all property which I may own at the time of my death,
<br />except said sum of $100.00 it is my wish, desire and intention by said provision that he is to
<br />have the free use of same and necessary means thereform for his support and for that purpose I
<br />direct that he shall have authority to sell and dispose of any property of which I may own at the
<br />time of my death either real or personal, may convert same into other property having full confi-
<br />dence in the fact that my said husband will keep said property or the proceeds thereof in tact so
<br />far as he can after using a reasonable amount thereof for his support.
<br />SIX.
<br />I hereby designate and request the appointment of my husband Jerome 0.14effelfinger, as
<br />Executor of this my last Will and Testament, and request that no bond be required.
<br />In witness of the execution of the foregoing Will I have hereunto set my hand on this 13th day
<br />of January, A.D. 1919, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and caused the same to
<br />be attested by competent witnesses.

<br />We, the undersigned hereby certify that on this 13th day of January, A.D. 1919, we were requested
<br />by Linda Heffelfinger to witness her execution of the foregoing Will. She signed same in our presence
<br />and we at her request signed the same in her presence and in the presence of each other as witnesses
<br />thereto. We further certify that she thereupon declared same to be her last Will and Testament and
<br />we believe that she was of sound mind and disposing memory at said time.
