<br />The Court further finds that all claims and expenses of administration have been paid.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Marie
<br />Fagan and William Fagan,Jr., executors under the last will and testament of George M.Baker, deceased,
<br />be, and the same is hereby, approved and allowed as and for their final report, and said estate is
<br />hereby settled and closed and the executors discharged and their bond as such is hereby released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER. ADJUDGED AND DECREED that under and by virtue of said last will and testament of
<br />George M.Baker, deceased, the absolute title to the real estate hereinbefore described passed and
<br />descended to Marie Fagan, Lillian Thirifa.y, and Margaret Power, share and share alike.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED BY THE COURT that the executors have fully performed their duties in said
<br />estate, that the final report has been approved and allowed, and that said estate is hereby closed
<br />and the executors released from their bond.

<br />On this 18th day of July,1944,at the hour of 11:00 o'clock,A.M.,this matter came on to be heard
<br />upon the petition of The Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company for a decree of heirship,and the
<br />evidence;and was submitted to the Court.On fall consideration thereof the Court finds that due
<br />and legal notice of this proceeding has been given to all persons interested in said matter,both
<br />creditors and heirs,as required by law;and that all of the ellegations set forth in said petition
<br />are generally true.The court finds specially that Carrie E.Easley died,intestate,on January 14,
<br />1890,being at and immediately prior to her death a resident and inhabitant of Nucholls County,
<br />Nebraska.The Court further finds that said Carrie E.Easley,deceased,was at the time of her death
<br />seized of an interest in the following described teal estate,to -wit:
<br />The South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S'SEJ) of Section Thirty -two (32),Township Ten (10),
<br />North,of Range Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M.,Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that more than two years have elapsed since the date of said decedent's
<br />death;that no administrator has been appointed in the State of Nebraska with reference to said
<br />estate';and that regular administration of said estate should be dispensed with.The Court further
<br />finds that said decedent,Carrie E.Easley,was survived by the following named persons,who were her
<br />only heirs at law-,to whom her interest in the above described real estate descended in equal
<br />shares according to the law in force at the time of her death,to -wit:
<br />Amanda C.Edwards (formerly Easley),her mother;Earl E.Easley,her brother-Lela O.Easley,a sister;
<br />and Bessie L.Morefield (nee Easley),a sister.
<br />The Court further finds that the petitioner,The Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company,is the owner
<br />of the above described real estate,including the interest of the said Carrie E.Easley therein,
<br />having derived its title through mesne conveyances from the heirs.of said deceased.`2he Court
<br />further finds that said estate is not subject to any inheritance tax or estate tax either to the
<br />State of Nebraska or to the United States.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED ,ADJUDGED,AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said Carrie E.Easley,deceased,died
<br />intestate on January 14,1890,being at and immediately prior to her death a resident and inhabitant
<br />of Nucholls County,Nebraska,and the owner of an interest in the real estate hereinabove described;
<br />Chat she was survived by her mother,brother,and two sisters,whose names are hereinabove specifically
<br />set out and who were the only heirs at law of the said Carrie E.Easley,deceased,to whom her inter-
<br />est in the above described real estate descended and is hereby assigned as of the date of her death
<br />In equal parts,share and share ali:ke,according to the law of descent then in force.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED BY THE COURT that said estate is not subject to any inheritance or estate tax.
