<br />The Court further finds that according to the terms and conditions and provisions of said Last
<br />Will and Testament of said deceased,all of the above real estate was devised unto Peter F.Mohr
<br />in fee simple absolute,subject however to certain charges upon said real estate,all of which have
<br />been fully paid,released of record and receipts duly filed with this Court showing such payments
<br />to have been made ;the undivided one -half interest in the farm machinery and livestock was be-
<br />queathed unto said Peter F.Mohr in fee simple absolute. and the balance of the personal property
<br />of said estate was bequeathed as follows:

<br />The Court further finds that on the 25th day of May, 1944, an order of this Court was made
<br />allowing the following claims:
<br />The Citizens Mutual Fire Assessment Insurance
<br />Association of Grand Island,Nebraska $4.10

<br />Emma Harder 130.00
<br />John Schleuter 214.44
<br />Herbert F.Mayer as agent for the heirs
<br />of Margaret Mohr, deceased 440.83
<br />and barring the filing of any and all other claims against said estate and excluding the holders
<br />thereof from - etting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />The Court further finds that all claims against said estate, including the costs of adminis-
<br />tration hereof, have been fully paid by said Executor and that the final report of said Executor
<br />filed herein is true and correct in all respects excepting the payment of the claim of Herbert F.
<br />Mayer as a ent for the heirs of Margaret Mohr, deceased, which was set forth in said report in the
<br />sum of $40.53, which in fact was $440.83, which report as so amended, should be approved and
<br />allowed; that in addition to the items of disbursement set forth in said report, said Executor
<br />should be credited with the payment of an insurance assessment in the sum of $11.41 paid by him
<br />on February 29, 1944, and the cost of cancelling the insurance which the testator had on the
<br />buildings on his farm, the cost of which cancellation was in the sum of $3.00 and paid by said
<br />Executor on June 19, 1944; that after said corrections and said additional allowances, that there
<br />remains in the hands of said Executor the sum of $4,109.13, which sum, according to the terms and
<br />provisions of said Last Will and Testament, is payable unto the persons and in the shares set forth
<br />In paragraph Fifth hereof; the Court further finds that all inheritance tax due the County Treasurer
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, has been fully paid and that there is no estate tax owing herein to the
<br />United States of America.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Peter F.
<br />Mohr, Executor, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as such subject to the corrections
<br />hereinbefore set forth; that John Mohr also was known as Johann Mohr and was one and the same person
<br />irrespective of the discrepancy in his name appearing of record with respect to the real estate here-
<br />inbefore described; that the property described in paragraph Fifth hereof, was devised and bequeathed
<br />according to the terms and conditions of said Last Will and Testament unto the persons in the shares
<br />as hereinbefore set forth in paragraph Fifth hereof; that there remains in the hands of said Execu-
<br />tor, the sum of $4,109.13, which is undistributed by him and upon his paying said sum as follows:
