<br />FINAL DECREE
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF
<br />THE ESTATE OF � FINAL DECREE.

<br />STATE OF NEBRASKA )ss,At a session of the County Court held in and for said County.of Hall and
<br />COUNTY OF HALL ) State of Nebraska this 15th day of July, 1944.
<br />PRESENT: Charles Bossert, County, Judge.
<br />BE IT REMEMBERED: That on the 22nd day of June, 1944, peter F.Mohr, Executor of the Estate of
<br />John Mohr, deceased, filed in this Court his Final Account as such Executor and a petition praying
<br />that said account be allowed, for a decree of heirship, an order of distribution, a final settle-
<br />ment thereon and discharge.
<br />For these purposes, the 15th day of July, 1944, at 10 o'clock A.M. in the County Court Room in
<br />said County was assigned as the time and place for hearing said. petition, examining and allowing
<br />said account, and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of said ;petition be given to all
<br />persons interested in said estate by publishing such notice in the Grand Island Independent, a
<br />legal newspaper printed in said County, for three i!reeks prior to said day of hearing, and it appears
<br />by proof on file that said notice was given as ordered by Court and teat no objections to said final
<br />account have been made or filed.
<br />Upon examination of the record and the evidence in this matter, and being duly advised in the
<br />premises, the Court finds as follows:
<br />FIRST.
<br />That John Mohr, also known as Johann Mohr, departed this life on the 27th day of December, 1943,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, testate, and at the time of his death he was a resident of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />SECOND.
<br />That on the 31st day of December, 1943, Peter F.Mohr filed in this Court an instrument purporting
<br />to be the Last Will and Testament of said John Mohr, deceased, wherein said petitioner was named
<br />Executor, and a petition offering said Will for probate, alleging that said John Mohr departed this
<br />life on December 27,1943, in Hall County, Nebraska, and on the 31st day of December, 1943, an order
<br />of this Court was made therein assigning the 26th day of January, 1944, at 10 o'clock A.M, in the
<br />County Court Room in said County as the time and place for hearing said petition, proving said
<br />Will and admitting the same to probate and ordering that notice of the pendency of said petition
<br />and hearing thereon be given to all persons interested in said matter by publishing said notice in
<br />the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper printed in said county, for three successive weeks
<br />prior to said day of hearing, and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was so
<br />given.
<br />THIRD.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 26th day of January, 1944, said instrument was proven,
<br />allowed and admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of said John Mohr, deceased, a
<br />certified copy of which Last Will and Testament and Certificate of Probate thereon is duly recorded
<br />in Book 8 of Wills and Decrees at page 479 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />And said Peter F.Mohr, named in said Will was appointed Executor thereof upon furnishing bond
<br />in the sum of $5,000.00 as ordered by this Court, which bond was so furnished by him and approved;
<br />the Court further finds that said John Mohr at the time of his death, was a widower, his wife,
<br />Margaritha Mohr, having preceeded him in death, and that he left the following heirs -at -law and
<br />only heirs -at -law, to -wit:

<br />John Mohr, a son
<br />Emma Harder, a daughter
<br />Mary Grotz,
<br />Henry Mohr, a son
<br />Tina Voss, a daughter
<br />Peter F.Mohr, a son
<br />Henry Bremer,Jr., a grandson, who is the only child of a
<br />predeceased daughter Maggie Bremer.
<br />Carsten Limburg, Rudolph Limburg and Margaret Limblzrg Arnold,
<br />grandchildren, they being the only children of a pre-
<br />deceased daughter Margaretha Limburg.
<br />All of whom are over the age of 21 years.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 26th day of January, 1944, an order of this Court was made
<br />allowing creditors three months from and after the 23rd day of Fe-bruary, 1944, in which to file
<br />their claims against said estate and said Executor one year in which to settle said estate, and
<br />further ordering that notice to creditors be published in the Grand Island Independent,.a legal
<br />newspaper published and circulating in Hall County, Nebraska, for three successive weeks prior
<br />to the 23rd day of February, 1941, and that a hearing on claims filed against said estate would
<br />be held at the office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 25th day of May,1944,
<br />at 9 o'clock A.M., and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was published as
<br />ordered by this Court.
<br />FIFTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 14 day of Mareh,1944,said Peter F.Mohr filed in this Court
<br />his inventory of the property of said estate,and that according to said inventory,the deceased
<br />died seized and possessed of the following described property,to -wit:
<br />East Half of the Southwest Quarter (EJSWJ) of Section Four (4) in Township Twelve (12) North,
<br />Range Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska
<br />North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N'JNEJ)of Section Five (5) in Township Twelve (12) North,
<br />Range Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska,excepting that part conveyed by deed
<br />recorded in Book 77 at page 63 of the Deed Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />North Half of the Northwest Quarter (NJNW*) of Section Nine (9) in Township Twelve (12) North,
<br />Range Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska.
