<br />ROY C.REHDER, Deceased. ) BARRING CLAIMS
<br />This matter coming on to be heard this 18th day of May, 1944, on the application of the Adminis-
<br />tratrix, Fridda Rehder, for an order determining heirship and barring claims and the Court being
<br />fully advised in the premises, finds:
<br />1. That Roy C.Rehder departed this life in Merrick County, Nebraska, on the 23rd day of June,
<br />1941; that he left surviving the following as his only heirs at law
<br />Mrs. Frieda Rehder, Mother, 607 West Charles Street, Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />Mrs. Eleanor McKee, Sister, Same Address
<br />Mr. Walter Rehder, Brother, 1819 West Division Street, Grand Island,Nebraska
<br />Mrs. Richard Linderkamp, Sister, Grand Island,Nebraska;
<br />that the correct name of Mrs. Richard Linderkamp is Alice Linderkamp: that Roy C.Rehder died
<br />intestate; that he left no surviving widow or any child or children.
<br />2. That due notice of the pendency of said Estate has been given to all persons; that due
<br />notice of the time for filing claims has been published in accordance with the provisions of the
<br />law and that the time for filing claims has now fully expired.; that no claims have been filed in
<br />said Estate and if there be any outstanding claims or any persons having any claims against said
<br />Estate, said claims and claimants are forever barred from claiming or setting up any such claims
<br />against the above named Estate.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the following named persons are
<br />all the heirs at law of Roy C.Rehder, Deceased:
<br />Mrs. Frieda Rehder, Mother
<br />Mrs. Eleanor McKee, Sister
<br />Mr. Walter Rehder, Brother
<br />Mrs. Richard Linderkamp, Sister:
<br />that all claims outstanding against said Estate and not now filed, if any there may be, are forever
<br />barred and all persons having or holding any claims against said Estate who have not set up the
<br />same at this time in accordance with law, are forever barred from setting up or filing any such
<br />claims.
