<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />the 13th day of January, 1944, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Anna
<br />E.Wilkinson, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 9th day of February, 1944,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, robated and allowed as the
<br />last will and testament of the real and Dersonal estate of said Anna E.Wilkinson deceased, and the
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 5th day of July, 1944, this cause
<br />D.Peden, executrix of the estate of the Deceased
<br />of the Deceased and upon the evidence introduced
<br />finds that due and legal notice of the filing of
<br />and the time and place set for hearing thereon,
<br />publication, as required by law and the Order of
<br />the manner provided by law.

<br />The Court further finds that the Deceased died testate, leaving a last will and testament and
<br />that the same has been duly allowed and proven as the last will and testament of the Deceased on
<br />the 9th day of February, 1944, and that a duly certified copy thereof and of its admission to probate
<br />is hereto attached and made a part hereof.
<br />The Court further finds that the final account of the executrix is true in all respects and that
<br />she has therein accounted for the assets of the estate coming into her knowledge or possession;
<br />that the creditors of the estate were duly notified in the manner provided by law and the Order of
<br />the Court and that June 8th,1944 was fixed as the final day for filing claims against the estate of
<br />the Deceased, and June 12th,1944, was fixed as claim day, that said said day has long since passed
<br />and all claims not so filed should be forever barred; that all claims filed against the estate of
<br />the Deceased and allowed by the Court have been paid in full, that all allowances, taxes, expenses
<br />of administration, Court costs, and every other charge against the estate of the Deceased, have been
<br />paid in full, that the final account of the executrix reflects all of said payments and the same
<br />should be allowed as and for the final account of the executrix, and that no personal property
<br />remains in the hands of the executrix for distribution. That no inheritance tax is due.
<br />The Court further finds that the deceased died possessed of the following described real estate,
<br />to -wit:
<br />The West fifty -seven (57) feet of Lot Seven (7), Block Sixty nine (69), original town,
<br />now City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded.

<br />TO LOLA D.PEDEN, daughter, an undivided one half

<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that claims not filed against the
<br />estate of the Deceased on or before the 12th day of June 1944, be and they are forever barred;
<br />that the final account of the executrix, be allowed as and for her final account, that she has
<br />filed receipts and cancelled checks for the claims paid, and she is hereby discharged and her bond
<br />released.
