<br />of this court; that he has in the Final Report accounted for all the goods, rights and chattels
<br />that have come into his knowledge or possession.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said Final Report be and the
<br />same is hereby approved.
<br />The Court further finds that notice has been given in the manner and. form provided by law of the
<br />time fixed for filing claims in said estate, and that the time so fixed has: ejapsed .and -that no
<br />claims' have been filed.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims not now on file be
<br />and the same are hereby forever barred.
<br />The Court further finds that the expenses of last illness, funeral expensesy, costs of administer-
<br />ing the estate, attorney fees and executor's fees have been paid in full; that this estate was not
<br />subject to state inheritance tax or federal estate tax.
<br />The Court finds that there remains personal property undisposed of, the sum of $442.19, the John
<br />Lessig note, household goods and. personal effects.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Executor deliver to the widow,
<br />Lizzie Hessel, said sum of $442.19, the household goods and personal effects, and transfer to her
<br />the John Lessig note.
<br />And now having filed the receipt of the said Lizzie Hessel for the same, it is THEREFORE ORDERED,
<br />ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the said Albert Hessel be discharged as Executor and his bond
<br />released..
<br />The Court further finds that the testator, Adam Hessel, dies on November 25, 1943 a citizen and
<br />resident of Hall County, Nebraska.; that he left a last will and testament, which has heretofore been
<br />admitted to probate and which has not been set aside or appealed from.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Adam Hessel was at the time of his death the owner of Lot
<br />One (1) in Block Two (2), Koehler Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said real estate be and the same is hereby
<br />set off unto Lizzie Hessel for and during her natural life, and after her death, to Fred Hessel,
<br />Anna Fecht, Albert Hessel, and Lillie Vick, their heirs and assigns forever, in fee simple absolute,
<br />share and share alike, subject to the payment of $150.00, after the death of the said Lizzie Hessel,
<br />to the said Albert Hessel.
<br />IT IS FURTHER. ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT, that any and all personal property not
<br />now known be and the same is hereby set off unto the said Lizzie Hessel to be hers absolutely.

<br />I, Anna E.Wilkinson, of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound and disposing mind
<br />and memory, do hereby make and publish this, my last will and testament, hereby expressly revoking
<br />all wills and codicils by me made.
<br />Item 1.
<br />I nominate and appoint my daughter., Lola D.Peden to be Executrix of this., my last will and
<br />testament.
<br />Item 2.
<br />I direct that all of my just debts, if any, and the expenses of my last sickness and funeral
<br />be first paid. I authorize my Executrix to purchase a suitable burial lot and marker or monument
<br />if, in her judgment, the same is necessary.
<br />Item 3.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath all of my real and personal property of every kind and nature what-
<br />soever and. wherever located, in equal shares, to my son William L.Wilkinson and my daughter Lola D.
<br />Peden. .
<br />Item 4.
<br />In case my daughter, Lola D.Peden should die before my death, I give, devise and bequeath my
<br />entire estate to my son William L.Wilkinson. If my son, William L.Wilkinson should die before my
<br />death, then I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate to my daughter,Lola D.Peden.
<br />Item 5.
<br />In the event my daughter, Lola D.Peden and my son, William L.Wilkinson should both die before my
<br />death.. I give, devise and bequeath all of my property, both real and personal, wherever located, to
