478 7NERUGUSTINECO. 20112.2.41 WILL LAST WILL OF JOHN MOHR. I, John Mohr, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. It is my will that all of my debts be paid out of my personal property so far as that can be done and in the event that is insufficient, then they shall be paid out of the sale of my real estate in Grand. Island. I hereby appoint my son Peter F.Mohr executor of this will and provide that he need give no bond. To my dearly beloved wife Margaritha Mohr, I give, devise and bequeath all of my property whether real or personal, to her for and during the term of her natural lifetime. In addition thereto she may take monies or other personal property and. convert the same into cash in the event she finds it necessary for her comfort so to do and. she shall not be required to account for any such proceeds. Subject to the life use already given to my wife, herein, I give and devise my farm lands in Hall County consisting of 253 1/3 acres, more or less, to my said son Peter F.Mohr, and to his heirs and. assigns forever, subject to a charge of 43,000.00 which my said son shall pay within six months after the decease of my wife in the event that she survive me, or six months after my decease in the event that I survive her. In addition to what I have given my said son Peter, I hereby give and bequeath all my interest in the farm machinery, cattle and other livestock which I may own at the time of my decease. I give him this because we have been ope�a.ting the business of farming together and I feel that in justice to him, he is entitled to my interest in such personal property as may be on said farm or hay lands at the time of my decease:, Said charge of 43,000.00 shall be and remain a lien upon the lands so devised until the following ayments have been paid., namely: To Lena Schlueter x$300.00, to Dora Suehlsen $300.00, to Anna Stol:dt 300.00, to John Mohr $$300x100, to Emma Harder 4300.00, to Maggie Bremer $300.00, to Mary Grotz $300.00, to Henry Mohr $$300.00, to Tina Voss $300.00, to Ca.rsten Limburg 4100.00, to Margaret Limburg $100.00 and to Rudolph Limburg $100.00, and to their respective heirs. Subject to the interest of my son Peter in the cattle and machinery as above set out and subject to the use of the monies and investments or other choses in action given'to my wife, and subject to the right given her to convert slach personal property into cash for her use, I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue and remainder unto my ten children above named and to the'three grand - children, the children of my deceased daughter Minnie Limburg, said residue to be divided into eleven equal parts and divided as just indicated. I have arranged with the firm of Mayer and Mayer, attorneys, to probate this will and to take charge of the administration of myestate and the sale of such real estate as I may own, not devised to my son Peter, and I direct the executor herein to avail himself of their services.
