477 residence was in Nance County,Nebraska,that he left surviving him his widow Nellie Grace Sheaff and his daughter Evelyn Grace Meves who are by the court found to be his only heirs of law. And the court further finds that Evelyn Grace Meves has assigned her interest in the personal property of said estate to her mother the said Nellie Grace Sheaff the only other heir at law and that she is now entitled to the whole thereof.That the said Evelyn Grace Meves has likewise ex- ecuted a deed to the said Nellie Grace Sheaff of her interest in the real estate of the estate but that the same should be assigned and vested in said two heirs as of the date of the death of the said Frank Sheaff and subject to any conveyances by the heirs made thereafter. And the Court further finds that the only personal property belonging to said estate at this time is the following: 1.The cash balance on hand disclosed by said account $6,007.42 2.The remaining stock if any there may be is the package liquor store mentioned in said account together with the fixtures and furniture used in connection therewith 3.Any other amount coming from the estate of Nellie Quigle by reason of his being a residuary legatee of said Nellie Quigle. and that the whole of said personal property should be assigned,transferred,set over,and distribut- ed to Nellie Grace Sheaff one -half thereof as one of the heirs at law of said deceased and the other half thereof as assigneee of Evelyn Grace Meves the other heir at law. That the only other property is the real estate.That the real estate at the time of the death included land of Lewis Quigle and was then described as follows. An undivided one -ninth interest in the Northeast Quarter of Section 24,in Township 9,North,Range 9,West of the 6th P.M.in Nance County,Nebraska 1~ subject however to the power of sale in the executor of the Lewis Quigle -estate,whieh has been disposed of since the death of the deceased,( the above real estate was heretofore erroneously described as the Northwest Quarter of said above Section but the same has been found to be described as above and to be-the land actually so owned by the deceased and is corrected according hereby) and the following real estate as residuary devisee of the estate of the said Nellie Quigle as follows: IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and the seal of said court at Fullerton in said County this 18th day of May,1944. WHEREFORE IT IS NOW AND HER. ORDERED ADJUDGED,DECREED,AND DETERMINED First,that the account of Nellie Geace Sheaff administratrix be and the same is allowed,approved and settled exactly as filed. Second,that any and all claims against the estate of Frank Sheaff be and are hereby barred. Third,that the personable property of the said Frank Sheaff deceased including said cash balance of $6,007.42 and said stock of liquors remaining if any and any interest In the personal property of the estate of 1uellie Quigle be and hereby is assigned,transferred,and set over to Nellie Grace Sheaff as heir at law and assignee of the only other heir at law of Frank Sheaff deceased and the administratrix is directed to transfer the same to her Fourth,that the only heirs at law of Frank Sheaff are adjudged to be Nellie Grace Sheaff and Evelyn Grace Meves and that the following real estate is hereby vested,assigned,and transferred to them as of the date of the death of Frank Sheaff share and share alike the same being describ- as follows: An undivided one -ninth interest in the Northeast Quarter of Section 24,in Township 9,North,Range 9,West of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska. An undivided one -sixth interest in the South half of Section 30,in Township 6,North,Range 5,West of the 6th P.M.in Clay County,N ebraska,and a like interest in The East half of the Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty -five (25) in Township nine (9)North,Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County,Nebraska. Firth,that there is no inheritance tax or estate tax State or Federal herein and that this estate is exempt therefrom. Sixth,that upon the delivery of the cash balance and personal property herein mentioned to Nellie Grace Sheaff and the production of her receipt therefore that the administratrix stand disahargdd and her bondsmen released and exonerated.
