The Court further finds that the executrix has accounted for all the assets of said deceased which have come into her knowledge or possession, and that there remains no personal property for distribution. The Court further finds that Margretha Grotzky is one and the same person as Margret Grotzky. The Court further finds that Minna Grotzky Williams is one and the same person as Mrs.Lee Williams and one and the same person as Minnie Williams. The Court further finds that Mrs. Rosa Grotzky Schommer predeceased the testatrix; that she left surviving her as her sole and.only heir at law, her daughter, Marguerite Raphael Perrero. The Court further finds that the said Margretha Grotzky died on December 3, 1943 in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; that she was at the time of her.death a citizen and resident of Hall County and the State of Nebraska; that she left a last will and testament, which has heretofore been ad- mitted to probate. The Court further finds that the said Margretha Grotzky, otherwise known as Margret Grotzky, was the owner of the following described real estate situated in.Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska: Fraction of Lots No. one (1) and Two (2) in Block No.Thirty -six (36) in the city of Grand Island, Nebraska, the same being a tract of land thirty three feet front on Elm Street, by a depth of Eighty -six (86) feet, and described as follows,to -wit: Commencing at the southeasterly corner of Lot No.One (1) in Block No.thirty -six (36) and running in a Northerly direction along the East line of said lot No.One (1) thirty -three (33) feet, thence westerly at right angles with the Easterly, and parallel with the Northerly line of said block thirty -six (36), Eighty - six (86) feet thence southerly parallel with the Easterly line of said block thirty -six (36) thirty -three (33) feet and thence Easterly parallel with the northerly line of said Block 36 Eighty -six 86) feet to the place of beginning.
