<br />The house and lot at 414 North Elm Street, in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />specifically known as a fraction of lots number One and Two (1 and 2), in Block thirty -six (36) in
<br />original totem, now City of Grand Isla.nd,Nebra.ska, same being a tract of land thirty -three (33) feet
<br />front on Elm Street, by the depth of eighty -six (86) feet and described as follows.,to -wit:
<br />Commencing at the South - Easterly corner of Lot number one (1), Block number thirty -six (36), and
<br />running in a Northerly direction along the East line of said Lot number one (1), thirty -three (33)
<br />feet; thence Westerly at right angles with the Easterly and parallel with the Northerly line of
<br />said Block thirty -six (36), eighty -six (86) feet; thence South parallel with the Easterly - -- of
<br />said. Block thirty -six (36), thirty -three (33) feet; thence East parallel to said Block thirty -six
<br />(36), eighty -six (86) feet to the place of beginning.
<br />This property I wish to pass to the following; share and share alike;
<br />Mrs.Rosa (Grotzky) Schommer, Mrs.Lee (Minna Grotzky) Williams, Mrs.Charles(Alvina Grotzky)Bellis,
<br />now being deceased, her share to go to her son, Adam James Bellis,Mrs.Jim (Amanda Gratzkx) Rniidson,
<br />Mrs. Earl (Frieda Grotzky) Gilmore, Mrs.Martha (Grotzky) Mason, Mrs.Paul (Ella Grotzky) Thompson,
<br />and Mrs. George C.(A1ma Grotzky) Johnson.

<br />Any and all personalty that I have had is now in the hands of my children.

<br />I hereby appoint my daughter, Mrs.Lee Williams, to serve as the executrix of this, my last will
<br />and testament, and I direct that she not be required to give bond for the execution of the same.

<br />Minnie Williams, Executrix, and the Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds that due
<br />and legal notice has been given of the filing of said Final Report; that the time fixed for filing
<br />objections has elapsed, and that no objections have been filed.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that 6-aid Final Report be and the
<br />same is hereby approved.
<br />The Court further fin,""s that the time fixed for filing claims has long since elapsed, and that
<br />notice of the time so fixed has been given in the manner and form provided by law.
