<br />of the 6th P.M. consisting of approximately ten (10) acres located in Buffalo,County,kebraska.
<br />to be distributed as follows: To Earnest Herman Kappler,- husband, One -half interest, and to Martin
<br />H.Kappler, son, Walter L.Kappler,son, and Louis H.Ka,ppler, son, the remaining One -half interest in
<br />shares of One -sixth interest each.
<br />The Court further finds that under the terms of the last will and testament of Selma Kappler,
<br />deceased, the property was to be sold and divided among the heirs within one year after her death.
<br />The Court further finds that the house described as Lot Nine, (9), Block One, (l . ), Lakeview
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, otherwise known as 216 East Ashton
<br />Avenue, Grand Island,Nebraska., was sold for $5050.00 and that distributive shares have been paid
<br />to Earnest Herman Kappler, husband, Martin H.Kappler,son, Walter L.Kappler, son, and Louis H.
<br />Kappler,son, and receipts are on file in the office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the farm located in Buffalo County, Nebraska, has been sold in
<br />the amount of $2841.50, and that the distributive shares for each of the heirs at law have been
<br />paid..
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the
<br />Court, for a hearing on said final report by publication of said notice for three successive weeks
<br />in the Grand Island Daily Independent, as by law required, and no one appearing to object to said
<br />report, and the Court having examined the same, together with the vouchers attached thereto finds
<br />that said. report is true and correct in all things and should be approved and allowed as and for
<br />said Executor's final report, said estate settled and. closed and said Executor discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that under the terms of the last will and testament all of'the
<br />personal property descended to the surviving husband, Earnest Herman Kappler.
<br />The Court futher finds that all of the claims and expenses against said estate have been
<br />paid by said Executor, and. that the balance of the personal property, as shown by the final report,
<br />should be turned over to said Earnest Herman Kappler, husband.
<br />That said estate is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tax under the laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska., or the United States.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against said. estate not filed and allowed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be,
<br />are forever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said
<br />estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the final report filed herein by Earnest Herman Kappler, Executor,
<br />be and the same is hereby in all things approved and allowed as and for said Executor's final report,
<br />said estate settled and closed and said Executor discharged from any further liability in said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the balance of the personal
<br />property now on hand be and the same is hereby awarded to the said Earnest Herman Kappler, husband
<br />of said deceased.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate owned by the
<br />deceased at the time of her death, and hereinbefore described, did pass and descend under and by
<br />virtue of the last will and testament, as hereinbefore found by the Court, and distribution thereof
<br />is accordingly made.

<br />Certificate of Probate of Will and Decree - IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF SELMA KAPPLER, DECEASED,
<br />with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript
<br />thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a
<br />seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates
<br />in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court,
<br />and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.

<br />make and publish this my last Will and Testament.

<br />Any and all wills heretofore made by me are hereby revoked.

<br />I hereby direct my executors to pay all of my ,just debts, including my funeral expenses.

<br />I hereby direct that my executrix use the burial plot owned by me in the Grand Island cemetery for
<br />my interment.
