THERUGUSTINECO. 20112 -2.41 <br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of William Mettenbrinki deceased, <br />and. that said estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that the said William Mettenbrink departed this life, intestate, on the 24th <br />day of February, 1911, and that he was at the time of his death a resident of Hall County,Nebraska; <br />that he left surviving him.as his heirs.at law and his only heirs_at law, the following named per- <br />sons: <br />ILSE METTENBRINK, his widow; CHARLES F.METTENBRINK, AUGUST H.METTENBRINK, WILLIAM F.METTENBRINK, <br />FREDDIE H.METTENBRINK, HENRY C.METTENBRINK, LOUIS-E.METTENBRINK, his sons, and EMMA M.METTENBRINK, <br />ELLA M.METTENBRINK and ILSE L.METTENBRINK, his daughters. <br />The Court finds that the said William Mettenbrink was at the time of his death the owner in fee <br />of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit: <br />The East half of the South west quarter of Section Fifteen, in Township Twelve,Range Nine, <br />and a fractional part of the west half of the South west quarter of said section, Town and <br />Range, being that part of the west half of the South west quarter of Section 15, Township 12, <br />Range 9, lying east of the St.Paul Railroad Tracks and containing 107 213 acres; <br />The South half of the South west quarter of Section 22, Township 12, Range 9; <br />The North -east Quarter of Section 21, Township 12, Range 10. <br />.The Court finds that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska all of said real estate <br />did pass and descend at the death of the said William Mettenbrink,:in the manner following: <br />To ILSE METTENBRINK, one -third part thereof in absolute title;
