<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of William Mettenbrinki deceased,
<br />and. that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said William Mettenbrink departed this life, intestate, on the 24th
<br />day of February, 1911, and that he was at the time of his death a resident of Hall County,Nebraska;
<br />that he left surviving him.as his heirs.at law and his only heirs_at law, the following named per-
<br />sons:
<br />ILSE METTENBRINK, his widow; CHARLES F.METTENBRINK, AUGUST H.METTENBRINK, WILLIAM F.METTENBRINK,
<br />FREDDIE H.METTENBRINK, HENRY C.METTENBRINK, LOUIS-E.METTENBRINK, his sons, and EMMA M.METTENBRINK,
<br />ELLA M.METTENBRINK and ILSE L.METTENBRINK, his daughters.
<br />The Court finds that the said William Mettenbrink was at the time of his death the owner in fee
<br />of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit:
<br />The East half of the South west quarter of Section Fifteen, in Township Twelve,Range Nine,
<br />and a fractional part of the west half of the South west quarter of said section, Town and
<br />Range, being that part of the west half of the South west quarter of Section 15, Township 12,
<br />Range 9, lying east of the St.Paul Railroad Tracks and containing 107 213 acres;
<br />The South half of the South west quarter of Section 22, Township 12, Range 9;
<br />The North -east Quarter of Section 21, Township 12, Range 10.
<br />.The Court finds that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska all of said real estate
<br />did pass and descend at the death of the said William Mettenbrink,:in the manner following:
<br />To ILSE METTENBRINK, one -third part thereof in absolute title;
<br />To CHARLES F.METTENBRINK, AUGUST H.METTENBRINK, WILLIAM F.METTENBRINK,FREDDIE H.METTENBRINK,
<br />HENRY G.METTENBRINK, LOUIS E.METTENBRINK, EMMA M.METTENBRINK, ELLA M.METTENBRINK and ILSE L.
<br />METTENBRINK each an undivided two -tenty - seventh (2/27) part thereof in fee subject to the
<br />home stead rights of the said Ilse Mettenbrink in and.to said real estate.

<br />hereby revoking and annulling all Wills by me heretofore made, in any manner or form whatsoever,
<br />and. set forth my wishes as follows:

<br />I hereby direct my executor to pay all of my just debts, including funeral expenses.

<br />I direct my executor to secure a burial plot in the cemetery at Ravenna, Nebraska, said plot to be
<br />used for the interment of myself and my husband, Ernest Herman Kappler; that the funeral expenses
<br />are to be conservative.

<br />(11),North Range Thirteen (13),West of the 6th P.M., Buffalo County, Nebraska;
<br />The South one -third (1/3) of part of the North half (NJ) of the Northeast quarter (NEJ),
<br />of Section Seventeen (17), Township Twelve (12), North Range Fourteen (14), West of the
<br />6th P.M., consisting of approximately ten (10) acres located in Buffalo County,Nebraska;
<br />be sold within one year from my decease, the exact time of sale to be determined by my executors
