<br />I give and bequeath to my granddaughter, mss. Iva Spangenberg, of Grand Island,Nebraska, my
<br />diamond ring,
<br />SEVENTH
<br />I give and bequeath to my sisters, Elvera Mikkelsen, Emy Brumwell, Sophie Petersen, together with
<br />my son,Lester Allen Carlson, all of my household goods and personal effects, to be selected and
<br />distributed among them as they agree.
<br />EIGHTH
<br />I give,devise ;:and bequeath all the residue of my estate, real as well as personal, of whatever
<br />description and wherever located, to my son, Lester Allen-Carlson of Pittsburg,Pennsylvania, to be
<br />by him held absolutely.
<br />_NINTH.
<br />I direct that my Executor, hereinafter named, pay to the Village of Dannebrog, Nebraska, or to
<br />such organization as conducts and. owns the Cemetery at Dannebrog wherein my husband is buried, the
<br />sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for the purpose of providing permanent care of our cemetery lot
<br />in said cemetery.
<br />TENTH
<br />I name,constitute and appoint my son, 9ter Allen Carlson, without bond, to be Executor of this
<br />my last Will and Testament.

<br />On this 2nd day of 'June, 1944, at 10 A.M., this cause came on for hearing on the FINAL ACCOUNT
<br />of Sophie Petersen, Administratrix with the Will Annexed of the above named Estate, and her Petition
<br />for final distribution, and the Court bting fully advised finds:
<br />That due and legal notice has been given the creditors of said Estate to file their claim for
<br />adjustment and allowance, and of the time limited therefor; that said time has expired no claims
<br />were filed. against said. Estate. That all expenses of last sickness, funeral and burial of said
<br />Deceased, all her debts and claims against said Estate, and all expenses of administering said
<br />Estate have been fully paid and satisfied. That there are no Federal Estate taxes or State
<br />inheritance taxes due or assessable against said Estate, or any of the heirs, devisees and legatees
<br />of said Deceased, and that all claims against said Estate are therefor forever barred.. That said
<br />Estate is therefor fully settled and ready for distribution. That said FINAL ACCOUNT is true and
<br />correct and should be allowed as the FINAL ACCOUNT of said Administratrix.
