<br />I give and bequeath unto my sister, Elvera Mikkelsen, of Kenesaw, Nebraska, the sum of
<br />One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) to be paid by my Executor hereinafter named, as soon as can be
<br />conveniently arranged.
<br />THIRD
<br />I give and bequeath unto my sister, m Brumwell, of King City, California, the sum of One
<br />Hundred Dollars ($100.00) to be paid by my Executor hereinafter named, as soon as can be conven-
<br />iently arranged.

<br />I give and bequeath unto my sister, Sophie Petersen, of Dannebrog, Nebraska,•�the sum of
<br />Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1500.00) to be paid by my Executor hereinafter named, as soon as can
<br />be conveniently arranged.

<br />I give and. bequeath unto each and every onP of my grandchildren who may be living at the time

<br />Now on this 31st day of May, 1944, this matter came on to be heard upon the pleadings and the
<br />evidence and was submitted to the Court. On consideration whereof the court finds /that due and
<br />legal notice of this proceedings has been given to all persons interested in said matter both
<br />creditors and heirs as required by law. That all of the statements and allegations set forth in
<br />said petition are true; that the said Clifford W.Haws died intestate, a resident of Adams County,
<br />Nebraska, on the 28th day of October, 1928, seized and possessed at the time of his death of the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Ten (10) Block Three (3), Lindsay & Parmenter's Addition.to Kenesaw, Adams County,
<br />Nebraska; (homestead)
<br />Southeast Quarter (SEA) of Section Twenty -one (21), Township Nine (9),North,Ra.nge Twelve
<br />(12),West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That no application has been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an administrator
<br />of the estate of said. deceased. That his only heirs at law and next of kin are as.follows:
<br />Carrie Haws Prussner - widow - Lodi, California
<br />William G.Haws - father Kenesaw,Nebraska
<br />Maude A.Haws - mother - Kenesaw, Nebraska
<br />and that said real estate of said deceased descended to said widow and father and mother, as
<br />follows:
<br />Lot Ten (10), Block Three (3), Lindsay & Par menter's Addition to Kenesaw, Adams County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />a life estate and an undivided one -half interest in and to the fee thereof to his widow Carrie
<br />Haws Prussner; and to William G.Haws and Maude A.Haws, each hn undivided one - fourth (1/4) thereof,
<br />subject to the life estate of the said Carrie Haws Prussner.
<br />Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section Twenty -one (21), Township Nine (9),North,Range Twelve (12),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />an undivided one -half (112) interest in and to the fee thereof to Carrie Haws Prussner; and to
<br />William G.Haws, and Maude A.Haws, each an undivided one - fourth (1/4) thereof.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that the real estate above described be
<br />and the same is hereby assigned as above set out.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT triat all claims and demands against the
<br />estate of the deceased, whether due or to become due, whether absolute or contingent, be and the
<br />same are for"er barred.

<br />I, Marie A. Carlson, of Dannebrog, in the County of Howard and State of Nebraska, being of
<br />sound mind and disposing memory, do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, by
<br />it revoking all former wills by me made:
<br />FIRST
<br />I direct that my Executor, hereinafter named, pay all my just debts, including the.expense of
<br />my last sickness and death and the cost and expense of admitting this will to probate and adminis-

<br />tering my Estate, from such personal property as may have on hand at the time of my death.
<br />that be insufficient, I authorize my said Executor to sell so much of my real estate as may be'
<br />necessary for that purpose, the within being his full and complete authority to make necessary deeds
<br />of transfer without order from any Court whatsoever.
