That on the 7th day of October, <br />1943, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed <br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said William H.Quillin deceased, <br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, this <br />7th day of October, 1943- <br />(SEAL) Paul N.Kirk <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA F I L E D OCT 7 1943 County Judge <br />PAUL N.KIRK COUNTY JUDGE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA <br />In the matter of the estate ) N0. 3362 <br />of )FINAL DECREE. <br />William H.Quillin, Deceased. ) <br />Now, on this 27th day of May, 1944, this cause came on further to be heard upon the final report <br />of The First National Bank of Grand Ialand,administrator, and upon the petition of said administrator <br />for settlement of said estate and its discharge herein, said hearing having been continued from <br />May 17th, 1944. <br />The Court having examined said report and the records and files in said estate and being fully <br />advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested <br />in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said report, as heretofore ordered by <br />the Court, and no one appearing to object thereto,.the Court examined the same, together with the <br />vouchdrs and files, and testimony in suppot t. thereof, and being duly advised in the premises, the <br />Court finds that said report is true and correct in all things and should be allowed and approved <br />as and for the final report of said administrator. <br />The Court further finds that said administrator has fully complied with the order of distribution <br />herein and has paid to the residuary legatees, as evidenced by their receipts filed herein, all <br />amounts due to each of them. <br />The Court further finds that William H.Quillin departed this life on the 9th day of September, <br />1943, and at the time of his death was.a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that on the 13th day of September, 1943, Lawrence J.Quillin, a son of <br />William H.Quillin, filed his petition in this Court, praying for the allowance and probate of an <br />instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of William H.Quillin, deceased, the Court <br />thereupon fixed October 7, 1943, as the date for hearing and for making proof of said last will <br />and testament, that due notice of the filing of said petition and of the time and place fixed for <br />said hearing was given by the Court in the manner provided by law; that Lawrence J.Quillin and Frank <br />Divisek were named as executors in said last will and testament, and because of their non - residence <br />requested the Court to appoint The First National Bank of Grand rsland,Nebraska, as administrator <br />with the will annexed, and on said date of October 7, 1943, said last will and testament was duly <br />admitted to probate and The First National Bank of Grand. island was appointed, and qualified as <br />administrator with the will annexed. <br />The Court finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place <br />fixed for filing claims, that said time has expired, that all claims filed have been paid. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against said estate, if <br />any such there be, and who have failed to file the same against said estate, are forever barred and <br />excluded from setting up or asserting such claims against said estate. <br />The Court further finds that the administrator has paid the legacies as provided in said last <br />will and testament, and as evidenced by the receipts filed herein, and has made due distribution <br />as heretofore ordered by the Court, and has filed receipts therefor. <br />The Court further finds that there was no inheritance tax to be paid. <br />The Court finds that all the expenses of administration, costs, and claims have been paid in full. <br />Thi -Court further finds that said William H. Quillin was the owner, in fee simple title, of the <br />following described real estate: <br />Lots Seven (7) and Eight (9) in Block One Hundred Nine (109) in Railroad Addition to the <br />city of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The westerly one -third of Lot Two (2) in Block Sixty -seven (67), in the Original Town, <br />now City, of Grand Island Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Lot One (1) of Wilson Subdivision of part of section Three (3), in Township Eleven (11),Range <br />Nine (9), in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />
