The Court further finds that on the 10 day of November, 1943, a duly verified petition praying for the allowance and probate of said last will and testament of Nannie Manley, formerly Nannie Enevoldson, was filed in this Court, and the Court thereupon fixed the 8 day of December, 1943, as the date.for making proof of said last will and testament, that due notice of the filing of said petition and of the time and place fixed for hearing thereon was given in the manner provided by law, and on said date, the 9 day of December, 1943, said instrument was duly proven, allowed and admitted to probate in this Court as and for the last drill and testament of Nannie Manley, formerly Nannie Enevoldson, and letters testamentary were duly issued thereon to Dena ones, executrix as named in said last will and testament, and she thereupon duly qualified as such.
